Ty has done a few jobs for me in recent years, and I would not call anyone else for plumbing needs. He is an expert in his field, and I can trust him to do a wonderful job. He always tries to save you money, and gives you a good price. He has a wonderful, kind personality, which puts you at ease and make the experience very pleasant and stress-free. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

I called them came out right away, did an amazing job I have no drain pipe out of my house, also had another company come out 3 times told me I had to strip my basement floors and much more work up to at least 5000 electric ell .came did about 45 min of work for my problem less then 300 bucks thanks to my co worker recommending yall 10 stars hands down I guess I owe my co worker lunch and dinner

The tech I had was Michael. He was professional and explained a water softener system to me as I am not familiar with one. He repaired the system with no issue. I did not give 5 stars because they cancelled on me yesterday evening. At least they came back today.

The laundry tub was dripping so I'd called a couple of plumbers to get estimates. The first plumber to give an est. didn't even turn on water to see what was going on. He just told me to replace the pump for almost $1200. When Dave W. arrived from Caton's, the first thing he did was to run the water and see for himself what was happening. The check valve was leaking, not the pump. Way less than $1200! Thanks Dave.

I had a leak that was seeping through my ceiling drywall. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Evan and Kyle from Steven J Tant arrived on time and we’re very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to fix the initial problem, and discovered another problem while they were here. The price to fix it was very reasonable. I highly recommend them and will be making another appointment for some other plumbing work I had been putting off

Called at 430 pm on a Friday evening and was able come out within a hour. I had a back up that was an ugly situation. Fast response and completed the job so that we were able to use the toliet.
He was honest and being that to me...it was an emergency the fee was fair.
I would recommend this company. I would definitely use them again.

The plumber was here within an hour of calling and after some trial and error, figured out where our clogs were. The job was costly, but if you call a plumber, you should expect that. Chal knew what he was doing though and got it cleared.

I had the service company come and repair my sump pump and my outside drain pipe and also replace my kitchen faucet. I had outstanding professional service by one of the most courteous and professional persons. Mr. Van was very concerned with my home issues and provided me with maximum support. I know have a trusted professional who will perform all of my plumbing needs. I have additional jobs that I need performed in my home and VAN will be the one to complete all of them. if you are looking for professionalism and kindness - GIVE THEM A CALL!!!!

I originally contacted Justin to fix a few minor issues in our bathrooms. After assessing everything, it was determined more work was needed. That was no problem for Justin and his team; they took care of everything in a timely fashion. He was very transparent throughout the process, kept me up to date on a part that needed to be ordered, and was flexible with timing. His price was very reasonable too. I will definitely use Hardy Plumbing again and will refer them to friends and family.

Very pleased with Israel’s knowledge and his persistence in finding a solution that didn’t involve going through a wall! Also pleased with the company’s flexibility in scheduling and getting him to my job quickly.

I called in the morning because my kitchen sink was clogged. They came out within the hour and had the problem taken care of. They were both extremely friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Consider yourself lucky if this Guy is a no show. Unfortunately for me, he showed up. And the work was NOT done correctly. I had to call a professional plumbing service one month later to redo everything. NOTE: HE IS NOT A LICENSED PLUMBER. That is everything you need to know right there.

This company is horrible, unprofessional and can not grasp the meaning of good customer service. Avoid them at all cost!!! After waiting 5 months to replace two ceiling fans, Stilwell Plumbing refused to complete the job after rescheduling several times via their failure to document scheduling and execute properly. The management (Christy Stilwell) was very unprofessional and could not execute properly handling needed documentation or follow through with proper tools and scheduling several times. Do not use this company as they are very horrible.

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
