We had a gas leak and had the gas company come out and found it. They found the leak in an elbow joint where it connects to the water heater and turned the gas off to it. Tyree was notified and he came out to our house in an hour!! His communication was great and kept us updated on his ETA and was very kind and professional! We showed him where the leak was and he did the soap test and found another leak along the pipe as well. He had it repaired in 30 minutes and turned the gas back on to make sure it wasn’t leaking after. I would highly recommend Tyree at T.L. Back Plumbing for any of your plumbing repairs!!!

Great work, fast service, experienced and knowledgable team. I first worked with Fitz Mechanical 8 years ago when we installed a new boiler in our home. We called several companies and Fitz had the best pricing. I've since worked with them many times over the years for various HVAC and plumbing services, they've always been fast, reliable and done a quality job.

I have used Stillwell plumbing over the years for multiple projects. My latest project involved Moving the piping behind a wall to install a pedestal sink and installing a new faucet in the upstairs bathroom tub. Both things that they did were done perfectly! They were there when they said, the price was a little less than they quoted over the phone And most of all my wife is happy! I would recommend stillwell plumbing to anyone. They do good work at a fair price and I haven't been disappointed yet!

The call center who helped me schedule was very helpful. The plumber who was supposed to come over and give us an estimate for the job was 5-6 hours late without telling me. I had to call several times. Then when he came, he was really aggressive and demanded we make a decision right away. It was $69 for an estimate, alone. When we asked for some guarantee, he didn't express a lot of confidence in the fix. For $~1K, he's going to try out a solution...not sure if the fix would work. In the field, customer service was lacking. Will not be seeking their services in the future.
