I woke up one day to a sink in my kitchen that would not drain. This was a difficult situation since I made it so my family could not use the kitchen. I called prime plumbing after the 1st plumber I called could not resolve the issue.Sam came out and from the start was very competent. He looked over the situation and began by repairing the damage the last plumber had left in the sink. He opened the piping in the basement so he could determine the problem, where it was located, and how to fix it.Sam then went to his office for additional equipment so he could free the blockage in the pipe the other plumber could not address, and get all working again. This required a special kind of snake to use in the drain, and it was clearly the right tool for the job. Sam also fixed the kitchen sink plumbing so it now had a trap I could clean, and put a vent in the pipe so it would flow more freely.I was very happy that Sam left it better than he found it and did such a great job for us. In addition, he was a very pleasant person and easy to deal with. Sam was also a company man and spoke highly of the company himself, and was clear that all staff had his level of expertise.I would highly recommend Prime Plumbing for any plumbing work. I plan to use them for all my future plumbing work, and could not be more satisfied with the job they did in my home. I paid their charges gladly and felt there was excellent value for the work performed.

They came they saw they replaced with ease . Have nothing but good things to say about these guys. Called monday morning they were here Tuesday morning on time ready to rock. They're price was reasonable no gimmicks.

I have dealt with plenty of plumbers recently as I work my way through a cluster of a renovation project. I found the perfect fixture while on vacation in Europe and figure it would be a piece of cake to install. Little did my smooth brain know that British pipes use different threads than American pipes. The plumber I have already paid thousands of dollars to was not able to figure this out. Desperate, I called CA Taciak who graciously took my call. Lexi, who I spoke with, took down as much information as she could, and before she gave me a quote, said she would be back with more information. Minutes later, I received a message detailing exactly what would need to be done to adapt my traitorous redcoat fixture to my freedom sized pipes. This saved me tons of money because I am sure a lesser plumber would charge me for a trip out, not know what they were doing, charge me for a trip to the hardware store, charge me for the incorrect pieces, and walk off the job with the job incomplete yet still send me an invoice. The knowledge and kindness exhibited is a rare trait in this world and I cannot recommend CA Taciak and Sons enough.

I paid these people upfront To repair a waterline. They dug up my yard and could not find where the water was coming from. They left my yard with two giant 3 to 4 foot holes for two days. Very unresponsive to texts and emails. I guess you get what you pay for! And they are cheap, cheap price and cheap quality!

They are just extraordinary as a company. Everything about them is exemplary. They will always be appreciated for what they did concerning the busted pipes of current residence. When other companies wouldn't help, they did. They showed empathy and sympathy from the start from the moment that they were first contacted. The representative on the phone was pleasant and immediately showed she cared in the manner of her voice.
