Joe and Sam did an excellent job installing our new gas water heater. They explained everything well and were very professional. They got it done in 2 hours and left the area clean afterwards. They waited about 10-15 minutes after it was filled and running to make sure everything was working properly and there were no water or gas leaks. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a water heater replacement.

This was an awesome experience. Had a plumber from another company come out and was unable to fix the issue. That plumber sent me the contact info for Zoom. They where able to schedule me for service quickly. Our original date had to be rescheduled due to the holidays and staffing but the issue was not an emergency and the office reached out before my appointment time to reschedule the next day so that was no biggie. The tech John showed up bright and early to start work. John was super professional. He used a drop cloth to keep the area clean. He wore booties to keep my carpet clean and even had booties on the machinery he was using. Quoted us a price and it was fair. There was even a moment where he could have overcharged us and he did not. He was extremely fast and pleasant and will definitely use Zoom again for any plumbing issues. Thanks John you're awesome!

I have used the services of Mike's Plumbing several times. They have always been reliable to be on time, priced fairly, get the needed work done properly. They provide estimates which they hold to. My two most recent experiences were with Mike and Will. Both were personable and explained what they were doing. The plumbing issues were corrected and I have been very pleased.

We had a very perplexing leak in which water would start pouring out of our living room ceiling after running a shower on the next floor up on the other side of the house for an hour or so. Of course, it wouldn't always happen. We had multiple plumbers, contractors, and bathroom remodelers try to figure it out, to no avail. Our insurance company then recommended American Leak Detection to conduct a full inspection to determine the cause and to produce a report. We were able to schedule ALD on short notice and they completely solved the mystery leak within a couple hours.

Our technician, Brian, was highly experienced, perceptive, and professional; he performed a small number of water tests and made a precise deduction about the most likely water path and leak mechanism, which turned out to be exactly correct: our washer's overflow drain was oddly joined to the shower system such that water would flow *backwards* if the shower was draining too slowly, and then it would get into the walls and ceiling on the other side of the house.

All in all, ALD and Brian were a pleasure to work with and their leak detecting capabilities are unparalleled. If you have a mysterious or 'impossible' leak, call them before you call the plumber!

I had the absolute worst experience with this plumber - worse than any single contractor I’ve ever worked with. They will now not return my calls to make this right. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER.

First, both jobs I hired him for leak terribly. They were awful, incomplete, messy installations. The job was not done. I had a leaking toilet, for example - the guy just lifted it up, put on a new wax ring and called it a day. It still leaks. Another toilet he installed pours water into my bathroom.

In addition, he needed help along the way, which I should not have to do for a contractor, and ended up dropping the toilet on my foot and on 2 tiles that he chipped (see attached photos)

I have been calling and calling simply asking for someone to come finish the incomplete jobs, but NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK. They are ignoring my calls

Once I get a call back, I am more than happy to remove this post. Please call me back to make this right. It is outrageous that you would treat any client this way.
