Not impressed at all. Basement drains were backing up, so I called them, annoyed that they refused to give me on the phone any indication of what it might cost to snake the main drain. Guy arrives and tells me it's going to cost $946 (not sure if that was the exact dollar amount, but definitely 900 something). I was completely blown away by that quote. So I went to Home Depot and rented a power snake for $54 and had it cleared in 14 minutes. No justification at all for that exorbitant quote.

Best plumber ever! I was told by a different plumbing company that I needed a new water heater and that they were going to charge me A LOT of money! I called Brian and he came out the same day to look at my water heater. He told me it didn't need to be replaced, just needed a new part. He took the time to answer all my questions and was so professional. He was able to easily fix my water heater. I appreciate how honest this company is! I will be using them always from now on!!!

Wow! What a great experience we had today with Frank's crew. Frank, (his son Sam, and crew just replaced my sewer line (which is a huge bummer when you just bought your house) with great care and really worked hard to avoid busting up my driveway (& succeeded). From the first call to the end, they were on-time, direct and clear in communicating what they could and could not do, and were super friendly as well. They only dug and ripped up the grass/landscaping they had to and left everything as clean as when they came. Frank is knowledgeable, pays attention to new developments in his industry and seems fair. I will gladly refer any friend to Frank Taciak and Sam Taciak.

They helped me out 14/15 years ago for my tub leaking on dryer in basement. That Leak has never reappeared.
I being in a rush recently backed into my sump pump pipe on outside of house and they came out 1 day early and had that issue straighten out.

Always does a through and conscientious job.

The technician Brian arrive exactly on time. He was extremely professional and polite. He immediately got to work, ran into a problem, figured out a workaround and had detected my leak in no time. He was very thorough in his inspection and I could tell as I watched him work that he did not stop until he was 100% satisfied that he had pinpointed the leak. All around a great experience and he was even courteous enough to allow me to watch and ask questions as he worked. Not only a great technician from a reliable company but a really good guy as well.
I would have him out here in a moment if I needed such services again. You should do the same, you won't be disappointed!

Ira, the tech is always courteous and very knowledgeable! The prices with this company are pretty expensive. It's a $99 service fee and the repairs are extra charges. I do like how Ira gave me a breakdown of what each level of service
would cost ☺
