Catons Plumbing is awesome! They're open 24/7 and when I called later in the evening because of a shower that was backing up, they said they could have someone there in just an hour or two. The service technician Dave W. showed up right on time and was able to quickly determine and address the problem. He cleaned up thoroughly after himself and spent a few minutes discussing with me what I could do to prevent issues like this in the future.

I have a house in Baltimore city and I was in need for plumbing advice. I found Empire plumbing and Heating llc and I called them and scheduled an appointment .
The technician came out on time and I paid the fee for plumbing consultation upon arrival. I’m so glad I made this move because all the other plumbing companies were trying to sell me stuff that I didn’t need. Honest , respectful, knowledgeable and helpful that’s all I wanted to say. The owner Dan was extremely responsive to my emergency. I left a message for Dan and he called back within 5 minutes. He apologized for not taking my call due to him being in the middle of a service call. I see described my issue and Dan had already figured out what the issue was. Dan arrived and found the issue within a few minutes and was able to fix my issue quickly! Dan then helped clean up the standing water and clean up the area (totally unexpected GREAT SERVICE). Brian Spurlin and his team at Modern Plumbing, Inc. are plumbers extraordinaire. We have had the opportunity to use them at least five times over the last couple of years. They have replaced a water heater for us and have helped us with several plumbing emergencies.
