Best New Kitchen Sink Drain in Baltimore MD

Repaired and replaced leaking pipe in the ceiling of my basement bathroom post freeze at the end of December. Very efficient and were able to schedule an appointment in a couple days. Pipe has been leak free since the repair and replacement. Pricing was fair and reasonable.

Fixed my hot water heater and was amazing

I originally contacted Justin to fix a few minor issues in our bathrooms. After assessing everything, it was determined more work was needed. That was no problem for Justin and his team; they took care of everything in a timely fashion. He was very transparent throughout the process, kept me up to date on a part that needed to be ordered, and was flexible with timing. His price was very reasonable too. I will definitely use Hardy Plumbing again and will refer them to friends and family.

He even fixed my sump pump for free when he saw a leak & his team removed & installed my water heater seamlessly & professionally. They were through a home warranty company who negotiates a set price for repairs. And will only do what they were called out for at that time.

He was so easy to work with, he communicated with us, and he did the job we hired him to do in a very timely and professional manner. We will use them again and will recommend them to others.

We HIGHLY recommend Abbott Brothers! We had a small leak in our 18 year old water heater and called in the afternoon and Mike came out to check the water heater that afternoon after he finished a large sewer line replacement job! Mike and Dameon came with the new water heater the next morning at 8a and replaced it! We received messages that first evening for the timing and cost and that morning when they were in route! Excellent communication and very professional! Came exactly when they said they would be there. They took the time to explain the new parts that were being added (pan under water heater and how it works and new part for pressure due to new codes). Very fair prices, including labor cost. I've used Ray Stefanski Plumbing & Heating a couple times over the past 20+ years. Both times we rec'd prompt service, and the work they performed has lasted throughout the years. It's hard to find quality workmanship anymore, so when my elderly parents now (today) had a big plumbing problem, I didn't hesitate to recommend them. That's why I'm writing this review so late.

As with any professional, they are not cheap, but remember, you get what you pay for. We wouldn't expect Ray Lewis or Lamar Jackson to cost less than they're worth, so I don't expect to pay a professional plumber on the cheap either.

Highly recommended, and I'll use them next time I need plumbing services.

I called chesapeake due to my water heater going up. They were extremely professional on the phone, got to my house to get me a quote the same day. The following day they came out to replace it for me. Everyone was so knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future if we need any other services.

One appointment was ineffective. They promised to return the next day with a camera to flush down the toilet. They never arrived. My husband called, and they said they'd be there today. No appeared once more. I would have preferred to give zero stars, but that was not an option.
