I was given this companies name from a friend. I wasn’t sure what to expect as neither of us had used them. I was pleasantly surprised. They were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I had a budget that I wanted to work within and they were able to do the work without even knowing what it was. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Justin did a fantastic job with installing the rough in plumbing for the toilet and faucet in our basement half bath as well as replacing the main water valve to our house and the outdoor hose bibs. Justin offered an extremely fair price and was very responsive. His work on our plumbing looks very clean and neat. We called Metcalf on a Monday, the owner came out a day later and gave me a fair quote with honest recommendations. Scheduled the work for Thursday (2 days later) but they could accommodated it even sooner. Metcalf gave me a two hour window and they arrived 5 minutes into that window with text message notifications ahead of time and were done on-time. I really appreciate that they adhered to that schedule. They didn't disturb my family with too much noise. They were very professional and courteous. They cleaned up the site when they were done and all-in-all I'm really pleased with the work.

They were invited to connect the water pipe today. He said it cost $1,781. We told him whether to do it well. He replied yes. As a result, he didn't start to do it and said he couldn't do it. If we want us to pay him 1781, we will say that you didn't start to do it and asked me to pay. He said that he had to pay when he came here. As a result, my water pipe was not ready and I had to pay.

We used Abbott Plumbing for a dishwasher that was not draining. They were very responsive and had excellent communication. The problem was resolved very quickly. Would use again.

I was advised today that this company no longer service my area. Just last year, I signed an annual water flushing service contract with them and no contacted me to say the company was downsizing in my area, and that they would no longer be servicing my area before my contract expired on 6/30/23. They did not give me the opportunity to ask for a referral or the opportunity to service my home prior to my contract expiring. I reached out to them last week and today because I did not hear from them about my service. I do not recommend this company given that they are not professional.

I got what I consider to be an excellent value using this company. I will use their services again when the need arises.
