I've been doing business with Ace plumbing since 2011. Joe did all of the plumbing in our new addition and I have had him or his son Kevin back to do several small jobs since then. His prices are fair and and the quality of his workmanship is superior.

As far as I'm concerned Ace is the only plumber I need.

Ryan, the technician, was great, so that's why I gave the 1 star. I needed my garbage disposal replaced. I bought the disposal, so all that was needed was for it to be replaced (labor). There was nothing complicated about it, small 1/3 hp. I had a good experience previously, so that's why I called for this service. I was charged almost $400, just to have it replaced. I will NEVER use this company again and will not recommend to family or friends. I looked up average labor fees for this service and it was $150.

The tech Bruce Jordon was prompt,professional and very friendly.He explained everything in detail,reviewed options and asked if there were any other issues that I would like to have assessed.He completed the job in a timely manner and much to my surprise,cleaned up better than it was before he started.The cost was a little high but the quality is indisputable.You get what you pay for.I will always use Catons and request Bruce,when I do.

I had trouble getting many to return my calls but the staff there responded and serviced my needs right away. Once we picked a delivery date, they had my new water heater installed in about an hour. It was all much easier than I expected. Greatly appreciated.

We had our main line that connects to the county line break. Mister came out in a timely manner, fixed the problem in one day and remained professional throughout the service. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of work! 5 stars definitely.

We had a small leak in our ceiling that was coming from the upstairs bathroom so we called Liana to come check it out. He came over about 2 hrs later and It only took him a couple of minutes to show us that something in the shower was not caulked properly and was causing the leak downstairs. He recommended we just caulk it on our own and didn't charge us for anything, not even a quick service call. He was honest and professional and we will definitely call him for any plumbing services in the future.

What a breath of fresh air. When I called him to tell him my garbage disposal was not working he spent considerable time telling me how to do a reset of the disposal and asking me other questions to try to save me the expense of a service call. He ended up needing to come out. His worker was on time, competent, friendly and did a great job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Stilwell Plumbing was our first call at the sign of issues with one of our toilets. They came out the same day to take a look, both technicians were knowledgeable and gave solutions to have our toilet back to normal. Highly recommend!

A pipe leak is not a great way to start the weekend. We lucked out by scheduling a same day appointment with Michael & Sons. Our tech Ro was professional and courteous throughout his investigation of the issue and left us satisfied with his work.
