We contacted Ace Plumbing when we found a damp spot on the wall in our basement closet that started growing mold. They booked us on their schedule right away, and arrived on time. We explained this problem and another minor leaking pipe coming from our water heater. Kevin was very professional and completed his investigation of the primary issue - it turned out a toilet on the main floor wasn’t sealed properly and was dripping water down the PVC pipe and then that dripped onto the dry wall. He used his time very efficiently, cleaned up everything and was very polite! We will definitely contact them again for any other plumbing needs.

Victor repaired/updated and connected the water supply for my new refrigerator. He was very professional, kind, and thoughtful. He arrived on time (actually very soon after I made the initial call), and handled the job timely and thoroughly. We had requested a scope to be done on a home. We are in the process of purchasing. My realtor explained that it was urgent or appointment start it off in the morning and then push to the afternoon and then continue to get pushed until later no one was able to give us our technicians number when we called The office they kept saying they were unable to get a hold of the technician that they can only send a text message. We are several times for the technician to call us because we had a timeline went to get the report back they were unresponsive up until almost 8 o’clock at night. We still did not hear if the technician even made it to the house not only did this company. Think we are going to sit around and wait all day for them but they failed to communicate at all. I would never recommend this company to anybody.
