NEEDED AN OUTSIDE FAUCET REPLACED. EMAILED RIGHT BEFORE CLOSING-GOT TEXT EARLY NEXT MORNING , THEY WERE ABLE TO REPLACE SAME DAY. ARRIVED ON TIME AND WORK WAS GREAT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THANK YOU

I requested an appt virtually and had one scheduled 3 days later. Rich came to my home on time for my 8 am appt. He was fantastic! Number 1, he was nice and professional. Number 2, he explained everything going on and went over prices before doing anything. Number 3, he cleaned up before he left! So glad I finally found a good plumber for my home.

I've used Ray Stefanski Plumbing & Heating a couple times over the past 20+ years. Both times we rec'd prompt service, and the work they performed has lasted throughout the years. It's hard to find quality workmanship anymore, so when my elderly parents now (today) had a big plumbing problem, I didn't hesitate to recommend them. That's why I'm writing this review so late.

As with any professional, they are not cheap, but remember, you get what you pay for. We wouldn't expect Ray Lewis or Lamar Jackson to cost less than they're worth, so I don't expect to pay a professional plumber on the cheap either.

Highly recommended, and I'll use them next time I need plumbing services.

They repaired the leak in the plumbing; they weren't able to use the faucet kit I had, but they found a close enough kit to finish the installation.

Called several times regarding hot water tank leaking. Spoke to a female that was rude and had a very nonchalant attitude . Told me she couldn’t send a tech out because she couldn’t verify my warranty.when I asked how was she unable to verify my warranty her tone sounded very annoyed. I called several times she Kept saying she would call back with no response. Very poor quality. Would not recommend. Spend your money elsewhere. They do not appreciate their customers.

Submitted appointment late Friday evening was called this morning at 7:50 am to tell me that the plumber would be here within the next hour. They arrived at 8:50 and was gone by 955 and replaced my main water shut off inside the house.Char and Bravo did a great job!

Plumber needed assistance with projects! Neither issue was resolved after leaving and now cannot get a response from anyone on how to resolve the situation.

This company is VERYYYY over priced I literally was charged $150 for someone to tell me I have to pay $700 dollars to snake a drain. All the service provider did was plunge my toilet prior to that. I would never recommend using this company. Way too over priced.

The technician (Ira) was very responsive and did a great job on my outdoor well pipe repairing. I called Saturday, they sent technician on Sunday to estimate the job, and the job was done on Monday noon with the fair price told on Sun.
