Best Kitchen Sinks in Baltimore MD

When I went into the basement my tub and toilet were full of sewage. I called Joe at Ace Plumbing and he said I'll be right there. This isn't the first time he has saved me. His prices are reasonable and he is very efficient. I love Ace Plumbing.

The technician was on time, courteous and offered recommendations for avoiding/fixing the issue in the future.

James Smith and his assistants (one was Howard; I don't have the other's name) did an excellent job. We were especially impressed that they took the time and care to tie back and safeguard our plants. (Access to our backyard was difficult.) The excavation work was done skillfully and efficiently. James and his assistants were also very pleasant to deal with.

Fantastic customer service. The team arrived on time, assessed the issue, explained (in laymen's terms) the process, and completed the work to my satisfaction. I'll be a customer for life!

I wish I could go lower than 1 star but I cant . Very Unprofessional. I spoke with a woman by the name of Erica or Erika(not sure of spelling) and I tried to get her name ahe wouldn't give it to me . Then called back and spoke with Sandy ( who gave me Erica name) who was unprofessional as well. A company recommended me to them and that was my first last and only time I will ever call them. They had a work order they was supposed to call me and never called. I never heard from them and my water heater went up and they were supposed to come out to service it I never even got to a point to even set up an appointment.

Chan did a great job!!!! Very professional and nice. Will definitely request him to help out with our future plumbing needs.

I was traveling and my son called me regarding the toilet being clogged. He called Roto-Rooter and the technician called me. He at first thought our septic tank was full. I explained that it was emptied recently so that was not possible. He said he still thought it was full but then said he would snake the line and quoted me a price of over $700 (I think $749). I expressed surprise at that price as in my experience snaking usually costs about/maybe $200. He replied that maybe local plumbers charge that but that big companies like Roto-Rooter charge a lot more and that if he didn't snake anything he would charge me his hourly rate of $375. I asked if the pump in the basement was the issue but he said that was working fine (I had replaced the pump a year ago). He then suggested he should cut a pipe behind the toilet and he could snake that. I asked him to not cut any pipes, not do any further work, and to leave my home. I called another plumber who came out, immediately realized the pump wasn't working properly, and replaced/fixed it.

Just had the gas hooked up to our new stove, and the gentleman who came out was friendly, professional, and efficient. Even with running back to the shop for an adapter, the whole job only took about 90 minutes start to finish (we live in Towson). Very reasonable prices, excellent service, great with dogs - I highly recommend Gambrill's, and will use them again in the future!

I appreciated being able to talk to a person on the phone to schedule my repair because I had some timing problems. Gail, the scheduling person, was very friendly and kind. The Benjamin Franklin plumber, Israel, was so nice! He was quick and professional, he explained things clearly, he was a great communicator, and he was nicely sympathetic when it was expensive. :) Thanks, Israel! I would use this company again without hesitation.
