Needed water heater replaced. Called and they picked up right away. Scheduled appointment and Jeff showed up right on time and promptly got to work. Power outages made things difficult but Jeff was very flexible and easy going. Very fair price.

Your contact people were incredible. With a toilet rocking and rolling I was very upset . The people at Caton scheduled me immediately. A person called to tell me Dave was on his way. It was an amazing experience.. We bought a new facet for the kitchen and my husband thought he could install it. He started working on it Sunday morning and within 1/2 hour he realized it was pointless...he could not do it. I panicked and called around to various plumbers...no one was open. I happened upon Catons and not only did they answer the phone...they scheduled me for that day...and did not charge any more than the normal price. Correy came and fixed everything perfect. He was so nice and efficient and taught me how to keep the drains clean and gave me a drain cleaner. I was so amazed I could hardly believe it. A perfect company with perfect employees and an amazing deal to boot. Thank you, thank you, thank you. We love our new faucet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Al was great and did the faucet installation methodically and while doing so also fixed our dishwasher water overflowing problem. Also knew very well what he was doing and cleaned up after the job. I will recommend him.

Stefanski plumbing was top notch, professional, and prompt to help fix out major plumbing issues in our home. Their whole team did a stellar job repairing a myriad of work that another company messed up, and even upgraded our fixtures to be more practical for our home. We will definably use them for any plumbing issues in the future.

I cannot say enough about this entire team, from the plumbers on site to the front office staff. We had an urgent, knees-to-chest-hustle, situation due to a move in date and an issue with the gas service, and T&D rose to the occasion like no other company we've ever experienced. In the early days of attempting to navigate what needed to be done to get it straightened out, I can't say I wasn't a wreck, nearly in tears, but they have quickly, and efficiently, handled the problem from start to finish. We are not a handy household, and have had 0 experiences with permitting, city inspectors, or service restoration, and T&D was a literal god send reconciling the entire process. I would give them 10 stars if it was an option. Shout out to Steve Sharp for his very patient & knowledgeable assistance, as well as Lexi & Jeannie in the office for all the communication & kindness. If we have an opportunity to use them again, we certainly will.

Our primary sump pump was not working as designed. It would only run if we nudged it. Additionally we had some water pouring in from the foundation that was kind of freaking me out. The technician (Paul) was incredibly pleasant and took his time to explain the issues we were having and calm my nerves. He quoted us up front once he figured out what was going on and then spent several hours fixing the issue. He added in some additional features to our piping (such as a check valve) that should have been there with the original install, but were not. We had same day service and the whole experience was good. I would say that pricing is not exactly the most competitive. The sump pump I feel was overpriced, but in general peace of mind is perhaps worth the extra $$$. We will not hesitate to call Roto Rooter again.

I needed my hot water heater replaced immediately and Jim was extremely responsive. He was able to replace it the SAME DAY and not only were his prices reasonable, but he did a great job as well. I will continue to use him for all my plumbing needs and would highly recommend him to all.
