I called and the owner answered and informed me he had moved out of Maryland and was in Delaware. Although he was not obligated any further or in state, he didn't hesitate to troubleshoot my issue with me and do everything he could to see if I could remedy myself. All of this was during the holiday as well. Really amazing and speaks to his character.

This companys “handy work” will be a horrible waste of your hard earned money. I suggest you use another company. I had a very unpleasant experience.

Jim does very good work at reasonable prices. He's responsive,and usually easy to get an appointment with. He's done small and pretty large jobs for us over the last 4 years. He has always explained what options we might have and what he recommends. He's highly recommended on Angie's List also.

I needed my hot water heater replaced immediately and Jim was extremely responsive. He was able to replace it the SAME DAY and not only were his prices reasonable, but he did a great job as well. I will continue to use him for all my plumbing needs and would highly recommend him to all.

We had water dripping from our basement ceiling, and were having trouble finding the cause. He came by very quickly, texted us when he was on his way, and was able to find and fix the leak quickly. He did good work and we are very happy with the outcome and the price.

Just wanted to give this company a great review because at my time of need when he could've just told me sorry he didn't work in my area any longer, and hang up the phone, he took the time to listen to me, diagnose my issue over the phone, and point me in the right direction to get the ball rolling. On a Friday night, my basement toilet started spewing water like a faucet all over the floor from the bottom of the toilet. I had no clue as to what was happening. However, after explaining my situation, though, he couldn't fix it, he told me to contact the county before calling a plumber. That one bit of information, that some may assume would be common knowledge, saved me hundreds of dollars, as the issue ended up not being mine to resolve, but instead my HOA's. Thank you for answering your phone at that late hour, and thank you for sharing your knowledge. Your simple action of compassion continues to give me faith in humanity.
