Best Hot Water Heating in Baltimore MD

On August 1st 2019 I called the ACE Plumbing for the 1st time.....
And what a pleasant experience it was.
Jeff did a great job replacing leaky garbage disposal and two faucets. Removing the one old, corroded faucet was not an easy task. Jeff besides being an excellent plumber was so polite, nice and (Oh!) so neat.

I called them on a Monday afternoon and they were able to be here on Wednesday morning for a non- emergency issue. We needed to have the back flow of our sprinkler system tested and they were able to take care of it in one visit and offered some money saving options. They were professional, on -time, and reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again.

were awesome! I called on Tuesday afternoon. Our old water heater was a big tank, but Wes was able to find the new one despite shortage of water heater tanks (our size) due to the pandemic. They were at the house the next day. Everything went smooth! Also fixed our toilet. Highly recommend!!

We HIGHLY recommend Abbott Brothers! We had a small leak in our 18 year old water heater and called in the afternoon and Mike came out to check the water heater that afternoon after he finished a large sewer line replacement job! Mike and Dameon came with the new water heater the next morning at 8a and replaced it! We received messages that first evening for the timing and cost and that morning when they were in route! Excellent communication and very professional! Came exactly when they said they would be there. They took the time to explain the new parts that were being added (pan under water heater and how it works and new part for pressure due to new codes). Very fair prices, including labor cost. Don't hesitate to call these guys if you need work done! They're great! Thank you Mike and Dameon and your partner for your excellent work!!!

Best plumber I have ever encountered, without a doubt. On time, cordial, and easy to grasp while still going into great detail. Call them if you want a plumber who is trustworthy and won't overcharge you.

Edit to owner's response: First, I understand that there needs to be a permit pulled. What I don't understand is why it took Chris Darr over three weeks to get back to us and only after constant calling (he blames an office mix-up). What I don't understand is why Mr. Darr and everyone else at the office says that they have record of the work, but no contract. We have the financing paperwork here at the house. Mr. Darr knows the work was done. So you saying my mother failed to provide a contract, seems to be a superfluous claim. What I don't understand is how the city has been out three times and says it's on my side, I paid an independent company and I have their report saying it's on my side (which I showed to your people), but you're saying that you have your doubts that you're even responsible for it? What I don't understand is the job supervisor getting crappy with my elderly mother on the phone yesterday when this entire thing has been mishandled by your company from day one. These are the things that I have problems understanding... not about the permit.

If I could rate in negative, I would. The run around and complete disrespect I have seen these men give to my elderly mother is appalling. Work has a lifetime guarantee, but good luck getting anyone at the company to do anything about it. Almost two months later from the initial call, and not one thing has been started. Every time we call and say that they need to come out and fix the pipe because it is washing away our yard, the water bill is so high we can't pay it, etc., we are told that they'll get here when they get here, and everything else is not our problem. The one gentleman even told my mother that he wished there wasn't a lifetime guarantee on the work because she keeps bothering him. So sorry that you don't want to do your job, but our livelihood is being affected and her home is being ruined because you all are playing around instead of doing the work.
