I can't say enough about Ace Plumbing. I woke up to water in my basement from a broken water heater. I frantically called around to get quotes and was fortunate enough to find Ace Plumbing. Joe was very kind and gave a very reasonable pricing. On the day of installation, two plumbers arrived. Kevin and Jeff were extremely professional, friendly and their quality of work was excellent. This explains why Ace Plumbing is consistently rated with 5 STARS. I would not hesitate to call this company again. You will not be disappointed. Thank you so much!

Wes is a very trustworthy plumber. I had a leaking pipe running from my second floor bathroom. Two other plumbers quoted me $1,500 - $2,200. Wes told me the other plumbers were quoting unnecessary work and he could do the whole job for $900.

He came out to look at the job on a Friday evening and was able to complete all of the work the following Monday. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.

I had the pleasure of having Michael and his apprentice, Damien help me with a clogged pipe. My four year old had shoved a wash rag down my bathtub drain, causing a blockage. Michael and Damien came out first thing in the morning. They arrived at the time that they told they would and got straight to work. They even helped by taking it upon themselves to do some additional maintenance work that needed to be done at no extra cost to me! They gave me a very fair estimate at the completion of the job. I would definitely recommend this company and will save their number for any future jobs that may arise.

I called chesapeake due to my water heater going up. They were extremely professional on the phone, got to my house to get me a quote the same day. The following day they came out to replace it for me. Everyone was so knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future if we need any other services.

My wife needed a same day plumber to come snake a drain in the basement laundry room. Bob and his son Dan were there within a few hours of the initial call. They didn't charge any crazy same day service fees and were much cheaper than the other four plumbers we had used in the last five years. Bob is a master plumber and gas pipe fitter. We highly recommend him for any Baltimore Area plumbing needs you might have!

Justin & Nick from DW Bahr replaced my garbage disposal, they were very professional and courteous. They explained the details of their job. This was an extra comfort and I must say they were very conscious of their customers property, they cleaned everything up after they were finished. Great Job!!!!

Abend Plumbing did a fantastic job fixing a leaky hose bib for us and removing the hose that had gotten stuck. Whenever you have to call a plumber, you're afraid of what it might cost, but they made the process easy and did the job for a fair price. Their tech was polite and respectful and made my wife feel comfortable when I wasn't there. I would highly recommend them.

Plumber needed assistance with projects! Neither issue was resolved after leaving and now cannot get a response from anyone on how to resolve the situation.

My boiler and central air went out, so I assumed it was my thermostat. I changed the batteries and they still would not turn on. I called AJ Michaels who sent out a technician. He briefly acknowledged that the thermostat was functioning, but didn't look at it closely. He assessed a $1,600 boiler repair. I told him there was possibly an electrical issue with the AC unit because there had been a spark in close proximity to it. He was at the house close to three hours, cut into my wall to get to the unit and take it apart and still could find nothing wrong with it. After fixing nothing and cutting a big hole in my wall, he charged me $375 for his time and recommended an electrician and boiler repair. Days later I found out the spark had nothing to do with the AC and my boiler was fine. The batteries I had put into the thermostat were old, and all I needed was new batteries in my thermostat. This I figured out by myself. I felt stupid for not realizing it $375 and a big hole in my wall sooner, but I couldn't believe the technician didn't check this first AND fabricated a boiler repair of a new aquastat I didn't need. They also recommended an AWFUL electrician that did eventually fix the spark, but tried to up sell me like crazy. I will never use this company again.UPDATE: in response to the message they posted (below), I called AJ Michaels, and confirmed it was indeed their company that I worked with and they did find my account. So my review is not based on another company with the word Michael in the title.

I needed my hot water heater replaced immediately and Jim was extremely responsive. He was able to replace it the SAME DAY and not only were his prices reasonable, but he did a great job as well. I will continue to use him for all my plumbing needs and would highly recommend him to all.

W.A. Gambrill installed new faucets and piping in bathroom vanities including a new sink bowl. Additionally, they installed new valves for the basement piping. The quality of the work was excellent, the plumbers were professional in resolving all issues, the office staff was responsive to scheduling, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this local firm.
