I hired TL Back plumbing several times this year to fix different issues in my properties. They always response promptly, arrive on time and deliver the service professionally.

We noticed our water bill started to be very expensive ($7000),We called the city water dept,it took them 6 months to come out and investigate.they said we have a major water main break and it is on our side of the property not the city side.We called Ace Plumbling,talked to Joe,he told us how soon he can out,Joe and his crew fix water main in 2 days,they was excellent and so professional even during hot weather and thunderstorms.forget about 5 stars,Joe and his sons deserve 10 stars,Ace plumbling will be our permanent Plumbers forever!!

My a/c unit was leaking water onto the floor. I called LEN the Plumber and they were able to respond immediately. The tech Tiyese Pope checked my unit. He could have cleared the clog in the drain pipe and left, but wanted to check the entire unit. After his thorough inspection and maintenance, my a/c is running so efficiently that I am able to turn up my thermostat 2 degrees which will save me in the long run. I definitely recommend Mr. Pope and this company.

I had a real nasty odor coming from my sump pump. Tim, the technician came through and he was able to diagnose the the problem real quick and took care of it right on the spot...Thanks Tim!!!

One guy was nicer than the next! Justin, Josh and Augie were prompt and responsive, with excellent communication. They each had a role in diagnosing, explaining, and repairing a variety of plumbing concerns. Would highly recommend.

He was very professional. His work was very neat. He explained what was going on and what he needed to do. When finished. He accessed the area and gave his opinion on services that may be needed in the future.

Wow, I must say that I was pleasantly surprised working with Steven. He was amazing!! He was very fast in replying to my messages and was patient with me and my business partner. I love the fact that I could text him and he would reply almost immediately ( Im a millennial and talking on the phone is the last resort). We had a plumbing emergency at a rental property and he was able to fix it the next day!!! He replaced the toilet and tub in a few hours. The work looked great and all for a reasonable rate...Most importantly unlike other contractors who leave a mess after they are done, Steven did not! You would not have believed a contractor had been there. He is fair with his prices and does not price gouge. I highly recommend you calling him if you need plumbing work.

Sent a guy who had no clue what he was doing; I called the company and the fellow was sent back with a supervisor. He ended quitting the job right there in my house.
The supervisor left, promising ti send in another guy; I waited for two hours. Nobody showed up. They called that somebody will come the following day between 6am-10am. It is 12:30pm and still waiting.
Missed work for two days.
Still waiting for the second day with no work done.
Worst- time management

Had David come out for a wire short issue. Was able to identify issue location and repair all issues.

Mike and Allen arrived on time, completed the gas water tank replacement within the estimated time and were very courteous.

I forgot that Fitz Mechanical was the installer of my furnace, but when it was in, they removed the old furnace (THANK YOU THANK YOU), and did a beautiful job on checking up on it (FOR FREE), any problems I wanted checked out a few weeks later.. And the cost of the new furnace was two thousand dollars less than any of the other furnace companies in my area. However there's been an army of sales calls from home warranty companies that I considered, but am through with, and maybe Fitz was pressured into being part of this conglomerate of sales calls, which I am sorry has happened to them. So that there is no misunderstanding about this, I would like to say that FITZ MECHANICAL IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR FURNACE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE!! if they also offer home warranty plans, I would make sure that some other warranty companies do not hack a potential customer into being sold a program that is not FITZ!
