I have used Ace Plumbing many times over the years. They are always prompt and reasonable with costs. Just in the past month, I had a water heater break and they were able to fit me in immediately, did a replacement and left my place looking like nothing had ever happened. Good plumbers are hard to come by and I'd highly recommend them.

Same day appointment and service was great. Technician was extremely helpful. The cost was obscene. The tech was in my home for 10 mins where he installed a $20 valve on an exposed pipe. This costed me almost $450.

Called Steve for a problem toilet that kept unseating itself. He came out next day. Fixed it perfectly. I found my new Plumber (keeping his CV info), my new go to guy. Thanks again Steve!

I called LJ Butler early Saturday morning to come take a look at my dishwasher that wasn't draining. The company was extremely responsive (esp. on a Saturday) and came out to my house within 30 mins. The technician diagnosed the issue, did a quick repair, and drained the dishwasher. I am very pleased with the service. Would call again for any plumbing needs. Tech also educated me on the issue in case it happens again. Fair price for Saturday service and for how responsive they were.

So I’m out of town for work . Get a call from my wife at 12:30am the water heater is spewing water everywhere... I called catons at 9am they were there by 10:30 new water heater, gas valve and expansion tank done by 2:00. the tech Bruce Jordan was fantastic, knowledgeable and extremely professional. I have been dealing with a slow draining kitchen sink and dishwasher for approximately 18 months. I have contacted other plumbing services, but they would only snake the drain (which worked for a day or 2). I called Ray expecting the same treatment, but thankfully they did not want to patch the problem, they wanted to resolve it.

From the initial consult to starting to work, it was just a few days. Ray's team examined my piping and realized the builders did not put enough of a fall in the piping to allow for any refuse to flush out . The end result was replacing about 40 feet of piping. When Ray showed me the pipe after it was removed, it was almost completely blocked.

It has been about 5 weeks not and the sink and dishwasher are working better than I could have imagined. I will absolutely use Ray and his team for future project (or issues).

I've worked with T & D for years. They ALWAYS answer when you call and go above and beyond to take care of any problem. I'll call them first for any HVAC or plumbing issue.
