Joe and his sons are not only good plumbers but sterling people. They arrive when they say they will, inform the customer of the problem and how they will fix it, and then work efficiently to solve the problem. They charge a fair price and make a conscientious effort to rearrange their schedules in cases of emergencies. I am always grateful for their work and their friendships. I feel lucky to know this family.

Came to provide free estimate but then wanted to charge to determine where leak was. Would not allow us to show him how the drain was leaking. Needed to turn on the water so he could see the leak but instead stated he needed to pour a bucket of water down the drain. Well by the time he could observe the drain the water was gone. Therefore wanted to run a drain leak test, for a fee, versus just looking at the drain while water was running.

I originally contacted Justin to fix a few minor issues in our bathrooms. After assessing everything, it was determined more work was needed. That was no problem for Justin and his team; they took care of everything in a timely fashion. He was very transparent throughout the process, kept me up to date on a part that needed to be ordered, and was flexible with timing. His price was very reasonable too. I will definitely use Hardy Plumbing again and will refer them to friends and family.

We had a stubborn clog in our kitchen sink drain. David from Benjamin Franklin plumbing came to our home on Sunday to fix the problem. He called to confirm the time he would arrive and was very thorough in making sure the clog was completely cleared.

Stokes Plumbing and Mechanical just assisted our family with installing a new water heater when the old one sprung a leak in the inner tank. The whole process was smooth and professional. Great communication, punctual, and knowledgeable in his craft... Steve was great to work with and even came back on a Saturday morning to help us avoid a weekend of cold showers. Mr. Stefanski and his team was excellent. I was assigned to Mr. Ray by my insurance company after another company could not come out and look at my main sewer line that was clogged. Mr. Ray came out ask some questions left and sent Mr. Bobby the next day who worked to get so many roots out of my line to allow me to flush the toilet and take a bath. Mr. Bobby was very professional and a master at his work. Mr. Stefanski got the approval to have my main line replaced and had a team out a few days later and these men dug my ground up, replaced the line, covered the ground back ip and was done in a few hours while being professional the entire time. The team that worked on my plumbing did an excellent job! Due to some bad weather they did run a little behind schedule but were very good with getting the work done and everything closed up and back in its place before I had to leave town. Wonderful work and team that I had.

A.J. Michaels was recommended to me by a neighbor who had a good experience with them. They installed a new replacement heat and A/C unit in my condo and they did a fantastic job.
