A friend recommended this company to me and I used them once before and it was fine. This time I scheduled an appointment and the day and time came and went with no one showing up. I called and was told to send a text message only for that to go unreturned. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but it would have been nice if someone treated me like a human being and let me know something instead of leaving me waiting for hours.

I was advised today that this company no longer service my area. Just last year, I signed an annual water flushing service contract with them and no contacted me to say the company was downsizing in my area, and that they would no longer be servicing my area before my contract expired on 6/30/23. They did not give me the opportunity to ask for a referral or the opportunity to service my home prior to my contract expiring. I reached out to them last week and today because I did not hear from them about my service. I do not recommend this company given that they are not professional.

Called another plumber to snake a drain. Was informed that we had a broken pipe and quoted a very high price for the repair work. Called RLB Plumbing for a second opinion. They were able to correctly diagnose the issue (drainage) and repair the problem for a third the price quoted by the first plumbers.

Prompt, knowledgable, efficient, kept me abreast of the repairs at every step. Will not hesitate to call again when the need arises.
