And what a pleasant experience it was.
Jeff did a great job replacing leaky garbage disposal and two faucets. Removing the one old, corroded faucet was not an easy task. Jeff besides being an excellent plumber was so polite, nice and (Oh!) so neat.

John came to do the yearly check and we found out our compressor wasn't working! Fortunately it's under warranty but the first estimate to get a replacement was 7-10 days. They found one closer and will get it and the unit working in a couple days. Glad it's not freezing winter or red hot summer! John will be back for the repair. He was friendly, informative, and professional.John returned Friday to install the new compressor. He had a lot to do to get everything ready for the new compressor. He explained everything that needed to be done to get the unit cleaned before the installation. He was the hero of the day! Thank you John for all your hard work!

I am more than just impressed, I am grateful for Baltimore Water Heater guys! I live in Fed Hill, had an emergency, and called two big companies. Both times I got a secretary with no knowledge of plumbing or costs. One company even charged to just look at it (and not until the next day). Then I called BWHGs. Rob gave me a flat fee on the phone, without seeing it. He asked me to take some pictures, then came right over. It was a bigger job than he had anticipated due to the previous plumber's shoddy job, but Rob still stuck to his initial flat fee. Folks, Use BWHGs. You will talk to a real guy who knows his stuff; he will take all guesswork out by giving you a flat fee; and to top it off he's a nice guy who wants to help and is truly grateful for the work. I would recommend BWHGs to anyone who needs a water heater replaced; they are so good at it because it's all they do!

They installed a new dishwasher and updated/replaced some pipes in the process. They explained my options clearly and worked quickly and efficiently. Evan and Robbie were professional and friendly!

Justin and his team are the best. Since moving in, I've been having sewer issues causing both of our toilets to clog. Justin's team was able to come out in a timely fashion. They inspected all of my plumbing and cleared clogs that I didn't even know existed (Like my bathroom sink!).

I will absolutely be hiring Hardy Plumbing again soon!

David came on a Sunday to fix a toilet leak. On Monday we had another issue unrelated to the toilet problem. He came out very quickly and spotted the problem immediately! I was charged 175.00 for, changing out two washers on two faucets and pulling out a plug in the disposal. This took maybe 20 minutes. All the reviews I read they were reasonable! How is this reasonable? Jason the owner didn’t even do the work. Mike, was super nice and showed me how to change the washers the next time I need to change it myself. Mike deserve 5 stars for teaching me. I will not refer this company, because if you are a female, Jason will rip you off. I will make sure this will be on all my social media.
