I got in touch with Ty from TL Back through Yelp. I was looking to have a couple of faucets (one indoor, one outdoor hose spigot) replaced. Using Yelp, I sent requests for quotes to about 10 plumbers. Ty was one of 3 that not only responded, but responded promptly. After some back and forth questions about the job, the estimate, and expectations, I chose to go with Ty, and I'm glad I did.

First, he was able to come on the day I chose (which was 2 days after contacting him), and his communication was excellent. He was polite, but also friendly, and when there were options for handling a scenario (such as re-piping a bit under the sink to add an extra cutoff valve for the hose spigot), he spoke to me first about what I wanted, instead of making the decision based on what would put the most money in his pocket.

I found Ty to be honest, and he also did quality work. His total came in just below the low end of the original estimate he provided. I would certainly trust him to go more work, and he'll be my first contact next time I have a plumbing issue.

Ace Plumbing was a sub-contractor working for Kenwood Kitchens when we remodeled our bathrooms. Kevin did such a great job, that I contacted Ace to do some additional plumbing work on our house. Kevin was once again our plumber and did an excellent job - quick, neat and the price was very reasonable. You will be very pleased with any work that you have Ace plumbing do for you.

They identified the problem and explained options and costs. Repair was completed quickly and professionally. Cleaned their work area before leaving. Highly recommend.

On this frigid day he went out of his way to come by our house and inspect the leaking faucet at the front of our home. He was working on a friend's home and fit us into his schedule without a single complaint. After his inspection he was able to find a simple solution to the issue that saved us a significant amount of money.

Fixed my hot water heater and was amazing

Mr. Purcell, #3755, responded to my residence due to a plumbing problem. I had used Roto- Rooter in the past and thought the issue was related. I was very concerned that I would be taken advantage of. Mr. Purcell was extremely professional. He explained the problem thoroughly and reassured me that the issue was not related. Mr. Purcell showed me where the water was coming back into my residence due to a short pipe from the sump pump. Then, he wrote a report for me to submit to the Water Company so that I would not have to pay an outrageous water bill. I was very appreciative of the level of service that he provided.

I originally contacted Justin to fix a few minor issues in our bathrooms. After assessing everything, it was determined more work was needed. That was no problem for Justin and his team; they took care of everything in a timely fashion. He was very transparent throughout the process, kept me up to date on a part that needed to be ordered, and was flexible with timing. His price was very reasonable too. I will definitely use Hardy Plumbing again and will refer them to friends and family.

Work really done well. He did just what I wanted. He explained everything and did just what he said. I am very pleased with his work. A great plumber and a really nice guy! Very professional. Israel Romero is a really great plumber. I will definitely call him again.
