We noticed our water bill started to be very expensive ($7000),We called the city water dept,it took them 6 months to come out and investigate.they said we have a major water main break and it is on our side of the property not the city side.We called Ace Plumbling,talked to Joe,he told us how soon he can out,Joe and his crew fix water main in 2 days,they was excellent and so professional even during hot weather and thunderstorms.forget about 5 stars,Joe and his sons deserve 10 stars,Ace plumbling will be our permanent Plumbers forever!!

We live in an older house, which has plumbing which is just as old; Len The Plumber is often our Go Too with our issues. Their plumbers are able to respond quickly, get the job done, and at a reasonable price.Mason was our assigned plumber on this occasion. We called about a frozen valve under our kitchen sink; Mason gave us an estimate for the valve replacement, and also one to address corrosion he noticed and showed to us. Plumbing problems down the road have come back to bite us, so we were glad Mason found them. The project would take a while and he would need to pick up some parts, so we all agreed it was best to start the next day. Mason worked efficiently and completed much in a few hours, explained everything, and left us with the surety that our sink area was in good shape for decades down the road. At a reasonable price.

We had a stubborn clog in our kitchen sink drain. David from Benjamin Franklin plumbing came to our home on Sunday to fix the problem. He called to confirm the time he would arrive and was very thorough in making sure the clog was completely cleared.

They seem professional and the tech. Was c conscience of his job. He wanted to make sure it was done correctly the first time. This is something that I appreciate when I have someone come work at my house. When they were done I actually felt that my problem was fixed.

I also asked a series of plumbing related questions while he was here and he was professional and respectful when he answered them (as someone not familiar with plumbing, I always appreciate when my questions are met with kindness and respect). Honestly, I couldn’t be more blown away by Prime Plumbing. When it comes to plumbing, I’m really picky and from the second they arrived, I knew I was in good hands. They were courteous, respectful, and very helpful. It’s so important for me to use local businesses so the fact that I was able to find a business as great as this one makes me so happy. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Prime Plumbing has a customer for life.

I wanted to give a really good review but unfortunately, there were several issues. They fixed my plumbing issue but left my hot water heater turned off without my knowledge. Called the next day and was told someone would be coming by that day to take a look but no one ever came, so we were without hot water for 2 days. After several more calls and texts, a nice gentleman came out and helped us and even pointed out some other plumbing issues to be aware of. This is the only reason for the 2 star rating. I had to request an invoice 4 times before finally getting one. We were promised a discount for the inconveniences but never received it. And we were promised a written quote for additional work but never received that either. I'm not sure what the issue is but it seems very disorganized from the outside looking in. For the price, I'd expect a more responsive customer service experience.
