NEEDED AN OUTSIDE FAUCET REPLACED. EMAILED RIGHT BEFORE CLOSING-GOT TEXT EARLY NEXT MORNING , THEY WERE ABLE TO REPLACE SAME DAY. ARRIVED ON TIME AND WORK WAS GREAT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THANK YOU

Kavonn did a fantastic job! He identified the problem, researched and obtained the new equipment and repaired/replaced the sink pump. Due to the depth of the problem, he spent the majority of the day ensuring the problem was resolved. He was pleasant and thoughtful throughout the repair. I highly recommend this company and the technician Kavonn!

I got an estimate from Dave on pipe replacement. He was prompt, professional, very nice and thorough. I have not made the decision to use this company but the estimate experience was great.

I had the worst experience working with Michael & Son last year. 7 visits over 3 weeks, two plumbers and an electrician, and more than $600+ spent and still no fix. I was left without hot water while hosting folks for Thanksgiving. Despite calling their office I have never been able to talk to anyone who can explain to me what they actually did (or didn't do) and what the heck they charged me for. Would not recommend at all.

Lou Jones was amazing. He loves his job. He has been a plumber for over 40 years. He was on time, early actually. He wore a mask for covid protection. He was friendly and honest. He diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes without the use of his snake camera or anything. I had another service Michael and Sons who came here about a year ago and charged hundreds of dollars and kept upselling quoting over 2 thousand dollars and I asked them to leave. I was so terrified I was going to get ripped off or swindled again but I wasn't. I appreciate Lou Jones. He fixed the leak had the part in his truck was here less than an hour and did amazing work. God bless Lou Jones and I thank Metcalf too. He is the best I will be calling Metcalf for all my plumbing needs forever if Lou is working there. I called the day of service. Other places gave me a week out. It's like they really were concerned about the leak and wanted to fit me in. Thank you thank you thank you. Oh and the price was only 274.00 which was very very reasonable, inexpensive really. Other places were charging 170 for just a diagnostic fee. My fee was applied to the parts and services. This place is the best. Thank you

If I could give 0 stars I would! I made an apt and received 2 text sayin they would show up ata certain time and they NEVER showed up and supposedly tried to call me and leave a voicemail but I didn’t have any missed calls or voicemail !! They don’t honor what they have on their website and the First Lady I was speaking with just transferred me to somebody else! Very unprofessional !! Save money and time and call a different company that cares about their reputation!!!!!

Great company, were able to put a camera down the line that other companies could not.Highly recommended. Don’t waste your time calling other companies

Dan is a lifesaver! Today after hours of heavy rain, my parent's aging sump pump needed replacement. Within an hour of contacting TNT, Dan was at their house, had diagnosed the problem & had them all fixed shortly thereafter. My dad's health is failing so it was a tremendous relief to have this issue fixed so quickly, allowing my dad to no longer stress over potential basement flooding. Dan took extra care to evaluate their system and make recommendations for future improvements. And he kept me in the loop every step of they way since I was not at their home during the repairs. Furnace and AC check up. DJ was polite and replaced a part in the a.c. so the a.c. system should be set to go. D.J also changed the filter in the furnace as they usually do as long as you have the filter.

They came quick and fixed my toilet and plumbing and cleaned up after themselves. Only took about 45 minutes and they were very nice and polite and very professional I will call them every time I need work done
