This Company is Absolutely Amazing! They are punctual, professional, polite, high-quality and customer-service oriented at the same time! This is a Family-Owned Business and they take their work seriously; it is not just a job for them, it is their Trade, their Profession and their Calling. 1) When I was looking for a Plumber for a major project regarding upgrading, fixing and renovation of my Tenant’s water system, I reached out to their Main Office and the Owner, Mr. Joe, answered all of my questions precisely. He knew exactly what plumbing issues I was talking about right away and gave me a quote over the phone. It was very nice to have that security of having and Expert on the other end of the line and also the security of knowing beforehand what expenses to expect, whereas other companies make you wait for a quote. 2) His own son, Mr. Jeff, who is very experienced because he was around the Trade from a very young age, completed the entire complex operation while exceeding my expectations in quality of workmanship - and did so in half of projected time; moreover he was very patient, understanding and helpful, explained everything beforehand, walked me through the entire process to alleviate my worries about the plumbing system modification. 3) Mr. Jeff is very detail-oriented and it shows that he cares about his work a lot. He went above and beyond, building from scratch some parts of our tenants’ system - for example a unique, non-standard rarely-found-in-stores run-off valve - and did so correctly from proper materials - copper; (as this part was previously improperly built from plastic and incorrectly installed by previous plumbers.) Additionally, 4) Mr. Jeff is not only a knowledgeable Professional, but is also very customer-service oriented, even bringing in his own tarp so as not to walk over my tenants’ floor in work boots - which my tenants appreciated. 5) As far as COVID precautions are concerned, the Staff of this Company are Vaccinated, but they still wear a mask as a Courtesy to the Client - which we also appreciate tremendously. 6) Also, as a side-note: this Company doesn’t use After-Market parts, all equipment they install is new, out-of-the-box. 7) Moreover, their prices are MORE THAN REASONABLE FOR THIS QUALITY - within this expensive Industry. I will be their life-long client and I will be recommending them highly to all my friends and family! To anyone who is looking for a great Plumbing Company - this is it! I highly recommend the company Len the Plumber, and especially Aaron Stubbs. The technician. My old hot water heater went out and flooded my basement. It was a very stressful situation and I really had no clue where to even start. Aaron came to the rescue and had a new, beautiful hot water heater installed by dinnertime the day I called. He also pointed me in the right direction on what to do next and even gave recommendations. I will definitely be using Len the Plumber for any future needs.

Josh came in today to advise on a radiant heating problem. He was helpful and thorough, pointing out other plumbing concerns such as bringing the main line up to code. Josh quickly completed all work and was both personable and professional.

I had a faucet leak in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I contacted this plumbing service and they responded quickly and came out that night.
