Best Gas Line Issue in Baltimore MD

So, I've had my fair share of subpar experiences with contracted work over the last 6 months (while prepping my house to be sold). TL Back Plumbing has been the greatest exception to that rule. Ty has not only become my only choice in plumbing, but has now become my families primary plumber as well. His work is superb, and his demeanor is a testament to the true meaning of Customer Service. He was adamant about explaining the plumbing details and genuinely tries to provide the most cost effective experience...without skimping on craftsmanship. Through the learning process of establishing worthy primary contractors, TL back plumbing been the best choice by far. I'm confident to recommend him for ANY plumbing job and proud to call him a friend.

First on time and professional, 100% recommend

Lou replaced a frozen and leaking shut off valve in an awkward location in about a half hour. I like the notifications from the company announcing the repairman, complete with a photo and his arrival time. Lou was very friendly and efficient. I'll be sure to recommend this company to friends and family.

Work was done promptly and completed in a timely manor. Very neat and clean job for an affordable price. Hired them to install a water heater and they did a great job! Was quick, knowledgeable and personable. He's already been back to take care of other plumbing issues (not related to the heater) and he is very reasonably priced! Definitely my go-to plumber from now on! Hopefully not too soon though! Dan is a lifesaver! Today after hours of heavy rain, my parent's aging sump pump needed replacement. Within an hour of contacting TNT, Dan was at their house, had diagnosed the problem & had them all fixed shortly thereafter. My dad's health is failing so it was a tremendous relief to have this issue fixed so quickly, allowing my dad to no longer stress over potential basement flooding. Dan took extra care to evaluate their system and make recommendations for future improvements. And he kept me in the loop every step of they way since I was not at their home during the repairs. Gas pipe leak and furnace repair. They were absolutely great. Professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. They knew just what to do and their pricing was good. They even went out to fetch a part needed to fix the furnace

We had a leak coming from our water heater and I called and George answered right away and scheduled with me to come out the same day. He inspected the water heater went out to get the new parts and came back and fixed even more than what was requested to make sure everything was going to work properly and not have the issue in the future. He didn’t try to sell us on replacing the whole system or try to get us to get extra parts or services not needed. He was honest and gave us a fair price! We will for sure be calling and requesting his service for any future plumbing needs.

Terrible company and any report should not be trusted.

The technician who came out to the property (rowhouse within the city) did not bring a ladder tall enough to get to the roof, knowing leak was coming from roof into the home's ceiling drywall. We had to go door-to-door with technician to gain approval from neighbors for technician to walk across roofs because of ladder inefficiencies.

After inspection, technician can see frame of home exposed and knows water is coming into home because of hole in the old chimney that exposes the frame, but denies that water is leaking on two levels because of it!

Technician gives radically false claim that a small gap on the outside of the shower is causing water to leak onto the level below! Rain comes in through hole in roof, gets to wood frame of house, causes massive damage in bathroom ceiling, but somehow the same rain water gets onto the level below because of a small gap outside the shower that's not exposed to water from rain.

Ridiculous.

This was the third job Alpha Plumbing completed in my home. Each time the work was done perfectly the first time. No issues. All areas left clean. Each plumber explained what they planned to accomplish before starting and reviewed the work when complete. Can't ask for anything better.

SLS Services was a pleasure to work with. Our Main water line broke outside of our property. They came the next day restored our water and was a lot more reasonable than the other 2 big name Plumbers I called.
