Kevin installed the gas line for the stove (prior elec) and did the kitchen plumbing. - We were impressed with the work done and asked him back to replace an aging drain and sewer line. Even more impressed - all the work is efficient, clean, and functional, highly recommended

Justin did a fantastic job with installing the rough in plumbing for the toilet and faucet in our basement half bath as well as replacing the main water valve to our house and the outdoor hose bibs. Justin offered an extremely fair price and was very responsive. His work on our plumbing looks very clean and neat. I would 100% recommend Hardy Plumbing for anybody looking for a well-priced, knowledgeable, and professional plumber.

These guys were amazing! I requested help on a Saturday, when my hot water heater started leaking. I made an appt online for Monday, but got a call on Sunday afternoon asking if I’d like them to come early! EARLY!!!! Dave showed up and we came up with a great plan to get my hot water heater replaced — 2 hours later, we were back in business! Fantastic!!!

John from Michael and Son was excellent. It was time for the annual plumbing inspection and he was able to identify and review services needed. Nick was recommended to us by our electrician. Nick is very responsive and can always squeeze us in. We first used him to hook up our new dishwasher and ice maker. The installation guys wouldn't because of my pipes were considered 'old'. Regardless, Nick came over in the evening and had both hooked up quickly. He even moved my old dishwasher out to the garage.

Recently, we used Nick to clear our clogged kitchen sink drain. He came out the same day and was done in under an hour. He is great to work with and I will definitely recommend him.

After doing plenty of research on plumbers in Baltimore, I called this company because of their customer reviews. I called on a Tuesday morning because my basement flooded Monday night. They said the soonest they could come was Wednesday morning and would be here between 9 and 9:30am and would call when they were on the way. at 9:15am I hadn't heard anything so I called. When I called they had no idea what I was talking about. No idea of the appt or the project. So the EXTREMELY RUDE man on the phone (I think he said Mark Butler) told me he would try to find out IF someone was coming. I said IF???? He responded that there were a lot of people there and he didn't take the order so he doesn't know if someone is coming. He was rude and nearly yelling at me because I was questioning IF someone was coming and not when?? He called me back and said someone would be here around 11:30am. That time was not as avail for me and the fact that the company was so unorganized no one knew what anyone else was doing and especially because I have never been talked to like that from a vendor - I decided to start from scratch and look for someone else. I am disappointed and upset that I did my research, waited with my basement in this condition so I can work with this company and now I am starting all over again - but I think better then that then enter into a job with a company that does not have their stuff together and then yells at the customer when they ask questions. I don't have a company I recommend yet, but I don't recommend calling this company.

They have deceptive business practices. They send me several mailings that I can get free plumbing inspection but when I called them, they denied owning the mailing and said that they will charge me if they send dispatch to my address. Here’s the add they sent me. Very deceptive!!
