Hello, my name is Roxanne Bell at 9331 on May the 2 i had Len the plumber's come out to fix my shower. His name was Sadan, and his partner came out and did a great job. Both of them were very nice and friendly. I will use them again in the future. Thanks again guys for doing a excellent job.

I have used them a few times and have always been happy with them. All of the guys who have been out to my house have been nice and professional and able to fix my problem/compete the work. Most recently I had a leak in my hot water tank and within like 3 hours of calling them they had the new one installed. And that was on a Saturday. They also do HVAC work.

Great work done on time as promised for a reasonable price. I will definitely use in the future.

Matt was very knowledgeable. He replaced a hose bib and explained why the previous one failed. I asked about additional repairs and he told me that I could hold off on them b/c the system would work fine for a few more years. I appreciated his candor.

He came in ON TIME. Punctual. Calm. Professional demeanor. Respectable and Respectful, both. -- My sink had been leaking profusely underneath, for quite some time. I tried to have my son fix it, he couldn't. I looked at it, seemed simple --- wouldn't didn't stop pouring out the drain pipe. He came in, simple fix (for him) and was in and out. I paid his whole fee, plus a tip. -- I didn't pay him for how easy/how quick it was (for him) -- I paid him because I tried to fix it and couldn't do it; I paid him because he provided professional peace of mind. I'll be using him again if we have another leaky problem.

Andres was on time. Knowledgeable about the system and took me through the good and bad of my current system. Was pleasant and answered all of my questions while solving the problem with ease.

Mr Lee and all the workers with him always presented themselves professionally. They kept us inform either by text messages or when on the job of all the work needed to be done. So we knew exactly what to expect. They were always arrived at the time they stated as arrival. They stayed & did not leave until the work was completed. Called after my sump pump suddenly started making loud noises. Spiro came out the next day, diagnosed the problem, and corrected it within minutes, then performed a test to ensure it was working properly. He could have easily told me it needed to be replaced and charged me 10x what he did, but only charged me for the visit. I appreciate the honesty and will only use Empire going forward. Thank you!
