The company was so communicative, constantly in communication via text and email; when the day arrived, the guys showed up on time, were so kind and professional, and got everything done in a single (long) day. Highly recommend. Justin showed up shortly after I called. He was very familiar with the issue (broken flex tube behind stove) and installed a new valve as well. He double checked all the work to make sure there was no leak, and then afterwards he checked the rest of the pipes to verify that it was all sound. He left the space clean and was very careful not to make any mess or accidentally scratch anything. Justin was very friendly, polite and professional and made sure to use his time as efficiently as possible. He did a great job and I will call him again anytime I need work done.

I heard about this company through a friend. I was pleased when I received an immediate response along with a next day appointment for my gas test. I was unfamiliar with what a gas test was as this is something that should have been performed on my home prior to purchasing. He was very knowledgeable and professional and wanted to make me aware of the process. He scheduled all of my inspections and pulled the necessary permits in a timely fashion. He also coordinated the inspection times with my schedule and tried to limit the amount of days I would need to take off from work. This was very important to me! He did a great job and the prices were better than I was quoted with other companies! I will definitely be using them in the future.

I called and they came to my home within 30 minutes. Christopher was knowledgeable of the problem and explained every step to me. He double checked to make sure the problem was fixed before he left. I would use them again. Metcalf Plumbing is my new favorite plumber. Will use them again in the future.

Nick was recommended to us by our electrician. Nick is very responsive and can always squeeze us in. We first used him to hook up our new dishwasher and ice maker. The installation guys wouldn't because of my pipes were considered 'old'. Regardless, Nick came over in the evening and had both hooked up quickly. He even moved my old dishwasher out to the garage.

Recently, we used Nick to clear our clogged kitchen sink drain. He came out the same day and was done in under an hour. He is great to work with and I will definitely recommend him.
