So, I've had my fair share of subpar experiences with contracted work over the last 6 months (while prepping my house to be sold). TL Back Plumbing has been the greatest exception to that rule. Ty has not only become my only choice in plumbing, but has now become my families primary plumber as well. His work is superb, and his demeanor is a testament to the true meaning of Customer Service. Mr. Stefanski and his team was excellent. I was assigned to Mr. Ray by my insurance company after another company could not come out and look at my main sewer line that was clogged. Mr. Ray came out ask some questions left and sent Mr. Bobby the next day who worked to get so many roots out of my line to allow me to flush the toilet and take a bath. Mr. Bobby was very professional and a master at his work. Mr. Stefanski got the approval to have my main line replaced and had a team out a few days later and these men dug my ground up, replaced the line, covered the ground back ip and was done in a few hours while being professional the entire time. Our basement was flooded and we needed emergency plumbing services as soon as possible on a Friday morning before a holiday weekend. Roto-Rooter was there within two hours and diagnosed the issue within the hour (it was a water main break, unfortunately.) We also had a two week old newborn and Roto-Rooter took this very seriously. They were able to not only fix the issue but made sure our water was turned back on within the same day. The professionalism and attentiveness to the issue was impeccable. They worked with our insurance company and even recommended contractors to work with to help restore our basement back to its previous state. We really cannot thank Roto-Rooter enough for handling this major issue for us. I would recommend them to anyone.
