Ty is beyond awesome. He is courteous, efficient, knowledgable and above all HONEST! He replaced our water heater that was leaking all over our entry-level floor. His attention to detail ensures that the task is done thoroughly. He responds promptly to your inquiries and is extremely fair and transparent about what needs to be done and the cost. 5 stars all the way! Received several quotes for a broken pipe feeding our house water from the well. Three other companies quoted us hundreds to thousands of dollars more, and were pushing us to undertake extensive replacement work for the entire line. Ace quickly came out to repair the pipe break in hot and rainy weather, and explained that our pipes didn’t require replacing. The break occurred at a vulnerable junction and our pipes were in otherwise good condition. I found everyone at Ace honest, hardworking and trustworthy. It’s been a while since I’ve had such a great experience with a service provider. I highly, highly recommend this business.

Catons gave me a $5k estimate, including a veteran’s discount to bust up 30 feet of concrete and replace a collapsed line in my basement. They told me to remove my flooring (laminate) before they arrived so that the team could access the concrete. I ripped up the flooring as instructed, but when the team arrived they only had to dig a 2 foot hole and replace a small elbow connector. So my floor is ruined and there was no need for it to be. While the team and everyone I encountered were friendly, they left the dug up concrete in my yard and charged me the exact same price for the work. They also installed the pipe with multiple rubber connections, making the pipe crooked. I sent pictures to the estimator, he said this was all normal quality work. I will post pictures so you can judge for yourself. I would not recommend this company.

On this frigid day he went out of his way to come by our house and inspect the leaking faucet at the front of our home. He was working on a friend's home and fit us into his schedule without a single complaint. After his inspection he was able to find a simple solution to the issue that saved us a significant amount of money.

Needed a shower valve replaced. And the practically antique shutoff knobs were starting to break apart when turned. Shawn came out to perform the job. Arrived on time - professional and personable. The swap was done quickly, clean work area, no leaks. Made it look easy. Even complimented my Harry Homeowner tools. Very happy with the service.

Roto Rooter provided great service to me on both October 16 and 17. On October 16, Plumber William came out and worked for at least 2.5 hours to clear the drain. He didn't have any luck but scheduled for another Plumber to come out on October 17. On October 17, Plumber Dama came out and cleared the drain. Both plumbers were professional, wore their masks, and kept me up with their progress. They even cleaned up after they were finished. A great job by Roto-Rooter, even the person that answered the phone on October 17 was nice. A GREAT experience. Will use them again.
