Best Garbage Disposal Leak in Baltimore MD

I do not recommend this company. Plumbing for a new powder room (toilet and vanity rough-in and installation) was performed. A permit through Baltimore County was obtained for the project. The rough-in was performed and passed inspection. The final installation of the toilet and vanity took place, and Ty (Owner) said he would call for final inspection. After a no-show from the county, I called the county, no inspection had been requested, and the county representative stated Ty's license had been suspended. Ty withheld that information from me, and I now need to hire another plumber to finish the process of getting my plumbing inspected. Without full disclosure, he's operating without a license!

I had a wonderful experience using Ace Plumbing. Joe arrived within an hour of my call for help. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had my drain issue fixed in no time. Great people, great service, what more could you want!

Keith Williams installed a new submersible well pump to replace our faulty jet pump. The work is amazing! Looks fantastic and works perfectly. I've used them a few times before. We have an ongoing plumbing problem. Our first tech, whom was awesome! I didn't catch his name. But young guy, Caucasian, blond hair, had a ponytail. We explained our ongoing issue, for almost 2yrs now. He offered to get us a camera put down out line, the same day, at no charge! We we're ecstatic! Our camera tech, ugh, whom I didn't catch his name either, he was superb as well, they both were at explaining because believe me i was asking questions. But overall I thank you for your work as.a person and company. I also got a membership! Thank yiu again for you outstanding, above and beyond customer service. May God bless you. Woke up to a leaking water heater and felt a bit panicked. Used the Neighborhood app to get a recommendation. The first person I spoke to was very nice. Had someone here within a couple of hours. Afrain was wonderful! Very nice. Very professional and pricing was reasonable. Will definitely call again and ask for him. Good ending to a bad situation.

These guys are the best in the business. Steve installed my HVAC unit 6 years ago when he was a one man shop. The business has grown but the work is always top notch. Easy communication. I’ve had them out for multiple other jobs since. They are quick, honest professionals and very easy to work with. I highly recommend these guys for any HVAC or plumbing issues if you live in the Baltimore area.

We had a leaky faucet. Great work, Done quickly and professionally. Technician was friendly and double and triple checked his work. Clean tub when he started and clean tub on completion. Looking forward to working with Silverbell on a future project. Thanks!

Tech Kam did a good job, but found the price for cleaning a drain to be expensive.

Van and his helper did an excellent job replacing my old and leaky pipes in my basement with new copper pipes. He also fixed my shower which was leaking. I was very satisfied with his service and will be calling him for all of my future plumbing needs.
