Had a pipe spring a leak in our basement overnight. Called Caton's and they were able to send someone out within the hour (didn't mention that Thanksgiving was the next day) where other services either couldn't guarantee anything or could only fit us in late in the day. They also have water restoration as part of their services and pair them, so we were also able to begin the clean up process to make sure we wouldn't have any mold form.

The Roto router service I received today was exceptional. I made a call and within hours the service technician, a master plumber, was here at my house to solve my drainage problem. I am very pleased with Khiangte Laltluangkima whi was super responsive. I will definitely use Roto router again!

David was very professional and committed to the repair. It was a challenging job but he stayed determined to figure out the issue. I highly recommend him and the business.

Roto Rooter has grade-A/top-rate customer service. I've posted concerning my initial experience, but they've returned to my home twice since the initial repair to assess water issues as a result of the repair (but to no fault of their own as the issue is outside of their control). Even still, the follow-up technicians (Jaboree previously) and (Kam today, 1/22) were consummate professionals, responsive to my issues and exercised the proper concern needed while approaching/addressing my concerns. I will definitely continue to share my Roto Rooter business experience with others!

We requested the same plumber (Min) who had worked on our home previously. He is friendly, courteous and professional. We had some concerns about cosmetic issues with his proposed fix, and he addressed them well.

He did a good job overall, and he gave guidance on where important valves are in our home and pointed out minor problems that should eventually be addressed for maintenance.

We will request him again for future plumbing issues.

Called early this morning water was leaking in the kitchen. Came out immediately to see what the problem was and the tech Ngura Sailo was excellent and very informative. Gave good advise to what I should do and what is needed in the future. I would highly recommend him and this company

We have used Catons for several issues in our house. Most recently we had a leak on Christmas day. I called the following morning and received a same day appointment. The technician arrived in a very short time and was polite, quick and knowledgeable. The price was less than expected and even lower than the estimate. I think Catons did a wonderful job and we will keep right on using them as we have for years.

I was charged 175.00 for, changing out two washers on two faucets and pulling out a plug in the disposal. This took maybe 20 minutes. All the reviews I read they were reasonable! How is this reasonable? Jason the owner didn’t even do the work. Mike, was super nice and showed me how to change the washers the next time I need to change it myself. Mike deserve 5 stars for teaching me. I will not refer this company, because if you are a female, Jason will rip you off. I will make sure this will be on all my social media.
