Best Emergency Service in Baltimore MD

Aside from the first two times that I had T.L. Plumbing come out to my house (the 1st time for a garbage disposal and the 2nd for our hot water heater) I had been suffering from a water line to my previous two refrigerators that did little more than dribble a supply. It was quite a job just getting to the original tap that was barely delivering the water supply through a pin hole. That section of the water line had to be cut out and replaced along with a new tap to deliver a sufficient amount of water to the fridge. Now after 30 years we have a steady flow of drinking water and plenty of ice cubes. Thanks Ty

The seal under my 32 year old toilet failed and was leaking under the base. ACE Plumbing came out within 6 hours of calling them last minute and did a first rate job. The plumber was very polite and professional and solved the issue inside of one hour. I had used them in the past to replace a water main pipe in my front yard and they did a wonderful job then as well. I highly recommend using them them. They have been my go-to plumbers ever since.

Josue did an amazing job repairing a leak on my water main just inside my house at the shutoff valve. To do this repair, we needed to turn off the external water valve, but needed the help from the county to locate on my property. Josue stayed until the valve was located, shut off, and then performed the work successfully inside my home. Thank you Josue for your high quality workmanship and for making sure the problem was truly solved. On a holiday weekend no less!

Our sink was clogged on Easter Sunday. The technician came out and was upfront with the prices. He said it was the same price even though it was a Sunday and holiday and I hope that was true. Either way, he was able to figure out the issue and get us back up an running. He offered some suggestion on how to maintain the drain going forward, so hopefully this wouldn't happen again. Thank you to Dama for helping us out.

This company is horrible, unprofessional and can not grasp the meaning of good customer service. Avoid them at all cost!!! After waiting 5 months to replace two ceiling fans, Stilwell Plumbing refused to complete the job after rescheduling several times via their failure to document scheduling and execute properly. The management (Christy Stilwell) was very unprofessional and could not execute properly handling needed documentation or follow through with proper tools and scheduling several times. Do not use this company as they are very horrible.

We called Michael & Son Services to have them come out and repair a leaky water main. They said they would come out and fix the pipe and come by the following day without a service charge. We would of course need to pay for the repair. We agreed - however, they didn't even send a technician out. We found out when we called them hours later when that they wouldn't do the work because the hole was already dug - a fact we explained to them several times when we made the appointment and that they led us to believe wouldn't be a problem.We took time off work to be here for this appointment, and we still have water spilling into our yard. It's a waste of water, and it's impacting our water bill. We could've had a different company come out and fix it by now if they had just been up front with us from the start.This company left a disabled veteran out to dry, committed to work they couldn't actually do, then bailed on it without communicating properly or even showing up for the work. This cost me hundreds of dollars personally in both time and water, and now we are stuck scrambling to find someone who can come by at almost 5pm on a weeknight. This company is beyond unprofessional and they do not care about you or your home. Go do business literally with anyone else you can find in your area.

As a new homeowner I was afraid to call a plumber. A friend recommended L J Plumbing and I am so happy she did. I had a leak in the kitchen and they were able to fit me into the schedule quickly. While he was here I mentioned another issue with a utility sink. I was told I needed a new sink but he said I only needed a part. He had the part of his truck and I got 2 plumbing issues fixed. If needed, I will be calling L J Plumbing again !

Very fast response time of less than 25 minutes. The technician correctly identfied the problem and fixed it! I am extremely satisfied with this service!

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
