There are many reputable plumbing companies in the Baltimore Area, but few run by Master Plumbers that are willing to get their own hands dirty. Great rates and fast service, what more can you ask for?

We noticed our water bill started to be very expensive ($7000),We called the city water dept,it took them 6 months to come out and investigate.they said we have a major water main break and it is on our side of the property not the city side.We called Ace Plumbling,talked to Joe,he told us how soon he can out,Joe and his crew fix water main in 2 days,they was excellent and so professional even during hot weather and thunderstorms.forget about 5 stars,Joe and his sons deserve 10 stars,Ace plumbling will be our permanent Plumbers forever!!

I called them came out right away, did an amazing job I have no drain pipe out of my house, also had another company come out 3 times told me I had to strip my basement floors and much more work up to at least 5000 electric ell .came did about 45 min of work for my problem less then 300 bucks thanks to my co worker recommending yall 10 stars hands down I guess I owe my co worker lunch and dinner

Had an issue with my 3 yr old water heater...as most people know when you have water leaking from somewhere you can't wait for service. Called Len The Plumber and they were very responsive and came out in a few hours. Billy was our service technician and he was very courteous and professional, explained everything he would need to do to make the repair. Job was completed and so far everything is back to normal.Thank you!

I was very pleased with the service today. I called this AM, a technician was out in the early afternoon and the whole project was wrapped up by mid-day. Overall a positive experience and will look to use Catons again.

Vince answered every time I called. He maintaned great communication with me at all times. Sonny & Mark came in the door , dignoed the problem, remoeved the old toilet with little mess, installed the new toilet, tested it out, and cleaned up their mess. They were able to come with little notice, and they gave a price on the spot or before hand. No henning and hawing. Their prices won't give you a heart attack.

Called Liana today 9/12/20: He arrived less than an hour, after finishing up another job. He is very prompt, courteous and very reasonably priced. He is at the top of my list, if I ever need plumbing services. Thanks Angela

Called for service and received an appointment within a reasonable time frame. Given 3 options for repair work. Chris was on time, very pleasant, and has kept me up-to-date on parts acquisition.

Russell came out the same day I called and resolved my issues within 15 minutes. Additionally, he educated me on avoiding the same issue with my dishwasher in the future.

An absolutely horrid company. First they gave a 4 hour window, waited till it was halfway in, and canceled. Then they asked if it would be ok to come out between and 8 and 10pm. 6 weeks later they replaced my faucet with cheap ill fitting parts to save some money, and it still doesn’t work. They also stole the old parts to sell for scrap. Don’t give these clowns a penny. Their own tech tried to replace the faucet with an identical one, but their management made him pick cheaper stuff to save money. Absolutely unethical buffoons.

I recently had Harvey the electrician out to my house to do a multitude of work. We just bought a townhome and it needed work done for safety reasons and we had some other jobs we wanted done just to make the house work better for us. Harvey has a cheerful attitude and is very professional. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. I knew what was going on every step of the way, which I appreciate as a new homeowner!Everyone I spoke with at the office was also friendly and helpful. We have already scheduled more appointments with other departments of Michael & Son to have more work done on our home. I also really appreciated the communication from the office. Text/email reminders of the appointments. Texts when the technician was on his way.Great company and we will continue to use them for our home maintenance and repairs needs!Update: I’ve now had two other technicians from Michael & Son come out to do work on my home. Adam the plumber and Antonio for my Dryer vents. Both of them were also very polite, friendly, and professional. I’ve been very happy with all the work we’ve had done through this company and we will definitely continue to use them!

Called Steve for a problem toilet that kept unseating itself. He came out next day. Fixed it perfectly. I found my new Plumber (keeping his CV info), my new go to guy. Thanks again Steve!

Kitchen and laundry line clogged, needed a secondary line unclogged on a Sunday so we could eat and clean. He was near the area and came in 20 minutes also fixing the problem in just about the same time. Very professional, friendly, and well-priced.

Very fast response time of less than 25 minutes. The technician correctly identfied the problem and fixed it! I am extremely satisfied with this service!

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
