Ace Plumbing was a sub-contractor working for Kenwood Kitchens when we remodeled our bathrooms. Kevin did such a great job, that I contacted Ace to do some additional plumbing work on our house. Kevin was once again our plumber and did an excellent job - quick, neat and the price was very reasonable. You will be very pleased with any work that you have Ace plumbing do for you.

Nick did a great job repairing a leak in our hot water line. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and Catons Plumbing.

I gave Michael & Sons a call last year to replace my AC unit, and the installation was flawless. Very well job done. They cleaned up after themselves as well. I called them again to replace my Water Heater that went up. Bruce Walker and his helper came out to give me an estimate, talk to me about what they could do, and get me set up for installation, which was scheduled within a day and done efficiently. Their professionalism is one of the best I've ever experienced, with great attitudes, and they always arrived on time, explaining the entire process from start to finish and cleaned up after themselves. Very satisfied with choosing Michael & Sons over the rest.

A friend recommended this company to me and I used them once before and it was fine. This time I scheduled an appointment and the day and time came and went with no one showing up. I called and was told to send a text message only for that to go unreturned. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but it would have been nice if someone treated me like a human being and let me know something instead of leaving me waiting for hours.

The Horizon technicians found dangerous cracks in our system which they pointed out to me. The next day they replaced the entire unit and hot water heater. This was done, as promised, the very next day and we are very happy with the quality of the units and the technicians who installed them.

Very pleased with the service I received fr Catons. We had previously gotten an estimate from another company to replace a trap in our bathroom, but when we were ready to do the work, the plumber was unresponsive. We were referred to Catons by a family friend and was immediately given an appointment. The technician Mr Hardy(sorry forgot your first name) called ahead, diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate comparable to the one I received prior. I agreed to the price and he completed the work in timely fashion, showed me what was done and had me test for leaks. I will definitely reach out to them again for my plumbing needs.

Sam & Brian were amazing. They showed up on time and were very professional. They replaced our water heater, and did a very good job.

After this season's rains, we found a hole in the back yard of our 1925 house, which turned out to be the remains of a septic tank that was original to the property, and which we'd never realized was there.

Frank Taciak arrived on time to assess the situation, gave us a estimated price, followed by emailing a written quote. Several weeks passed before we were able to schedule the work, but Frank stayed on top of it, got here as we'd arranged, and completed the job, taking particular care with the garden plants that were near where the dig was done.

James and the rest of the Zoom Drain team were excellent. They not only replaced my sewer line quickly, the cleanup was done very well also. Whey they fixed my water main valve they also found that somebody had replaced my copper pipes with a car radiator hose. This was not part of the job but when the technician saw this He said this was very dangerous and couldn't leave it that way. So He and His colleague fixed it . I am so grateful that I chose Zoom. I will definitely tell my Friends a d coworkers about them. Thanks Again for the Great work!

Great experience with Mike's Plumbing & Heating. Will was a great technician who was knowledgeable on so many levels. We had a plumbing issue just days after moving into our new home. Will put us at ease with his help and made sure to fit us into the schedule before we went on vacation. The financing option is also a great option for a big job! I would recommend to anyone!

The service was outstanding, and the plumber was really kind and respectful. I was really happy with the service I received, and I will absolutely use them again if I ever need to (which I pray I never do).

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
