They arrive when they say they will, inform the customer of the problem and how they will fix it, and then work efficiently to solve the problem. They charge a fair price and make a conscientious effort to rearrange their schedules in cases of emergencies. I am always grateful for their work and their friendships. Great Experience! The plumber, Sadan Reyes arrived in approximately 1 hour of calling and diagnosed issue quickly. He performed services with ease and confidence and cleaned up after. Not only did he leave us with free flowing drains , he left house smelling fresh and clean. I am so happy we called Len the Plumber. Praises to Sadan for helping to turn our day around . When everyone else couldn't come out on a sunday evening (let alone on superbowl sunday evening), they came out within the hour. If i find myself in the unfortunate event of needing a plumber again, I will definitely be calling Catons.

I called Roto-Rooter for a hot water heater service. I spoke to the attendant and was informed the technician would arrive between 5:30 and 9:30pm. I received an verification email of my service. Almost immediately, I received a call from Joshua Boone, Service Technican #5765, about the service charge and that he would be driving from Baltimore. Joshua arrived promptly and immediately diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem. Joshua was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond the repair. I asked questions and he answerd them all without hesitation. After the repair, Joshua stayed and verified that the water got hot. I would definitely recommend Joshua to anyone that has an issue with their hot water heater. I will inform my neighbors to call Roto-Rooter and ask for Joshua if they ever have any issues with their hot water heater.

If I could write a book on this guy and his professionalism it still would not be enough. This is a long post but it's worth anyone who is not sure on how to choose a plumber. I was referred to Van from another friend. I had a sewer line backup and the county said it was on my side. I could not find a clean out in my yard, therefore the snake was used in the basement toilet. I called van on 730pm Friday night . He arrived shortly hereafter. He did not charge an emergency fee like other plumbers. Van also gives free estimates, while some plumbers will charge you just to come out and somehow deduct the free estimate after the plumber completes the work. When he told me the prices it was around 815pm. I said to Van he can come back tomorrow since it was late. He requested to compete the work that night!! He worked for hours and brought in a bigger snake that morning because my job was really bad. 5 stars is not enough. VAN deserves 10 STARS!!!

Justin has been tremendous on both occasions we have used him. He came and replaced a spicket in our garage that was leaking and he came the SAME DAY to fix our hot water heater. He is fair priced, very knowledgeable, very professional and a great guy. We highly recommend his business.

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
