I can't say enough about Ace Plumbing. I woke up to water in my basement from a broken water heater. I frantically called around to get quotes and was fortunate enough to find Ace Plumbing. Joe was very kind and gave a very reasonable pricing. On the day of installation, two plumbers arrived. Kevin and Jeff were extremely professional, friendly and their quality of work was excellent. This explains why Ace Plumbing is consistently rated with 5 STARS. I would not hesitate to call this company again. You will not be disappointed. Thank you so much!

I called them came out right away, did an amazing job I have no drain pipe out of my house, also had another company come out 3 times told me I had to strip my basement floors and much more work up to at least 5000 electric ell .came did about 45 min of work for my problem less then 300 bucks thanks to my co worker recommending yall 10 stars hands down I guess I owe my co worker lunch and dinner

The repairman, Min (#1461), was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. After providing him with a description of our problem (clogged kitchen sink) and what measures we had taken to resolve it, he quickly assessed what needed to be done and began work. The grease and hair clog was removed from the pipe and water was flowing freely down the drain in a short time. Prior to beginning work, he gave me an estimate of the costs and, afterwards, educated me on what had caused the problem and how to avoid a future recurrence. I am most pleased with the repairman and the work done. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter.

Justin renovated my shower after a pipe began leaking and I decided it was time for an update to my bathroom. He was professional and did a beautiful job. I would recommend him 100%. Great value, thorough, knowledgeable and superb quality.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Consider yourself lucky if this Guy is a no show. Unfortunately for me, he showed up. And the work was NOT done correctly. I had to call a professional plumbing service one month later to redo everything. NOTE: HE IS NOT A LICENSED PLUMBER. That is everything you need to know right there.

I've had Stilwell Plumbing come to my house(s), each time they showed up within the service window, and were able to resolve the issues I had. I've read some of the other reviews and were shocked. Most of the bad reviews I saw included a warranty company (AHS, ...). I've dealt with a few of them before, and I'm not surprised. The company that comes out to do the work, must work through the warranty company to figure out what they can / can't do.
The service and support I've had with Stilwell Plumbing was excellent, and I would call them again next time I have a plumbing issue.

Don’t use Michael and Sons. Don’t. Save yourself the headache. I have no idea how they have such good reviews. They have poor organization, communication, and lack professionalism. Work was left unfinished in my house that took a whole year to be resolved. (They left a meter dangling precariously from our electrical box). I tried to get another company to fix it because it took so long for M&S to get back to us. Unfortunately M&S held the contract so no other company would come near it. They left us in a hazardous situation and did nothing about it. They forget about you and they don’t care once they get your $$$. STAY AWAY!!!! If I could give negative stars I would.
