5 stars all the way! Received several quotes for a broken pipe feeding our house water from the well. Three other companies quoted us hundreds to thousands of dollars more, and were pushing us to undertake extensive replacement work for the entire line. Ace quickly came out to repair the pipe break in hot and rainy weather, and explained that our pipes didn’t require replacing. The break occurred at a vulnerable junction and our pipes were in otherwise good condition. I found everyone at Ace honest, hardworking and trustworthy. It’s been a while since I’ve had such a great experience with a service provider. I highly, highly recommend this business.

Stefanski plumbing was top notch, professional, and prompt to help fix out major plumbing issues in our home. Their whole team did a stellar job repairing a myriad of work that another company messed up, and even upgraded our fixtures to be more practical for our home. Nick Barker was assigned to my home by Roto Rooter to assess a plumbing problem in my basement. He came within 1 hour, and was very professional from start to finish. He took his time to discover the issue, and explained how this occurred from an outside issue. I have used Roto Rooter in the past for my sump pump, and if necessary in the future, I will use them again.

Arjan provided professional, fast quality service and helped us out tremendously. He diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to complete the repair with no issues. Charles came to assist later on and he also provided stellar service and was extremely helpful with our insurance claim. I was charged 175.00 for, changing out two washers on two faucets and pulling out a plug in the disposal. This took maybe 20 minutes. All the reviews I read they were reasonable! How is this reasonable? Jason the owner didn’t even do the work. Mike, was super nice and showed me how to change the washers the next time I need to change it myself. Mike deserve 5 stars for teaching me. I will not refer this company, because if you are a female, Jason will rip you off. I will make sure this will be on all my social media.
