Michael and Allen were prompt, quickly offered several possible problems that were causing my leak, offered me a quote. Right before they were going to begin the work, Michael said he wanted to look at one more possible fix, and the fix wound up saving me 700$ and kept my drywall from being opened. Wes did a phenomenal job. Another company gave us an estimate of $10K and two days work to fix a pipe. Wes did it in a few hours and at a fraction of the cost. Cannot recommend enough.

I can't give a review on their professional services, only on their costs. I recently enquired about clogged sewer and their cost is $750 to use a camera and $445 to unclog the sewer pipes: they are very expensive.

I have used AJ Michaels for years and was happy with the service, until recently. I own several rental properties in the Baltimore area and I am constantly repairing/replacing HVAC units. I had AJ Michaels come repair an AC unit. It took server days before I got a call telling me they need to get parts. It took another couple of week before they told me they were unable to get parts. Once they sent the service call bill, I was able to Google the make, model, and parts needed, which I found in a matter of minutes. When I told them I was able to find parts, they acted surprised and were supposed to get back to me regarding ordering and installing the parts. I finally called another company, which came out, replaced the capacitor and recharged the unit……NOT THE PROBLEMS LISTED ON THE INVOICE, no special parts needed! I will never use them again!

I was blindly referred to them from a website when we had a plumbing issue. They responded immediately, arrived promptly and resolved the issue. The next time I called for repair, a few months later, their integrity really showed. They could have easily charged me for a new and expensive part but instead guided and assisted me in tracking down a warranty (for a part they didn’t originally sell me). I wish I had a “go to person” in every trade with their level of honesty and expertise. Give them a try - you will not be disappointed!
