Excellent excellent excellent work from Roto-Rooter! I’m so happy I called them to fix my issue. Dama was the technician that repaired my busted P-Trap on my upstairs tub. He did an incredible job!I actually created the hole when I tried to use an auger to remove a clog in the drain. Water started leaking from the ceiling in the kitchen below my bathroom and got everywhere when I tried to use the shower. My house is very old and the P-Trap was probably at least 100 + years old too. Ha!!Dama was very professional and was not intimidated with the task or the location of the where the leak was coming from. The locationwas in a tight spot surround by supply lines in the corner of my kitchen ceiling. He was prepared and knew exactly what to do. It’s rare to get a true professional. He’s definitely a professional. If I ever had another issue, I would most definitely request him. Even though he’s a great guy and true professional, I hope to not see him again anytime soon! Ha!! Sawma was a real-life saver. I called him at 4:40 pm on a Monday, hoping he had availability the next day but to my surprise, he said he could come in 20 minutes. He did a thorough assessment of the issue and explained the possible causes of the basement half bath toilet overflowing. He gave an estimate and was able to start the work right away. He went above and beyond - even fixing an unforeseen installation flaw. He also checked out another half-bath toilet and explained why it was running intermittently. Dan and company came on time and were professional from the very beginning. He was courteous enough not to dirty our carpet in a shoeless household. He was thorough evaluating the issue as well as doing a diagnostic check on the other plumbing items in our utility closet. He was honest of what did and did not need to be fixed as to not overcharge us. He was patient and willing to teach someone who knows nothing about plumbing some minor things. Knock on wood if anything were to go wrong with our plumbing, he would be the one I would call.
