Joe and son came out to fix a boiler that was causing issues with shower heating. They made sure to check and recheck after each process to ensure the best possible work was being done at all times. They went above and beyond to make sure that the work being done was in my best interest, and the price was more than reasonable. Joe even taught me how to access my water shut off in case of an emergency. I plan to exclusively use this company going forward for any plumbing needs.

Mason did not follow through on the job. He appeared to be sincere at the end he did keep his word. After he collected on the partial job. He was insincere and dishonest.

Terrible company. Staff are rude and dismissive. Don’t even know how good their work is because we couldn’t get that far with how long I was on hold and the hassle they put me through. Wasted two hours of my day.. go to any plumber in Baltimore besides this one.

Justin did a fantastic job with installing the rough in plumbing for the toilet and faucet in our basement half bath as well as replacing the main water valve to our house and the outdoor hose bibs. Justin offered an extremely fair price and was very responsive. His work on our plumbing looks very clean and neat. Company responded to my request quickly. David arrived a few hours later, as planned. Diagnosed and fixed a difficult drainpipe clog. Repaired pipes. Also, diagnosed an old bathroom faucet leak. Family plumbing plan will probably work out well for us.

Mr Sawma was the lead plumber and was easy to work with. He examined the situation and proposed a solutions to correct the issues that he observed issues as well as those he was called to address. Mr Sawma was a good communicator and respected the customer’s suggestions and requests. He showed up to begin work as promised. He was very polite and treated my home with respect even though the job being done was messy. I would certainly hire Mr. Sawma again should I experience other plumbing issues. They were at my house within an hour, diagnosed the problem, then got the part we needed, and had it repaired just a few hours later. Nick was recommended to us by our electrician. Nick is very responsive and can always squeeze us in. We first used him to hook up our new dishwasher and ice maker. The installation guys wouldn't because of my pipes were considered 'old'. Regardless, Nick came over in the evening and had both hooked up quickly. He even moved my old dishwasher out to the garage.

Recently, we used Nick to clear our clogged kitchen sink drain. He came out the same day and was done in under an hour. He is great to work with and I will definitely recommend him.
