Best Cleaning Clog Repair in Baltimore MD

Thanks for nothing. I had a pipe break forcing me to turn the water off in the house. I called Ty in the morning, he seemed knowledgeable and agreed to come over to fix everything between 2 and 3pm. By 4 pm Ty was still not here and had not called. I called and left him a message. By 4:50 I still had not heard from Ty. I began to worry as it was getting late in the day so I called and left another message. By 5:30 I still had not heard from Ty so I called and left my third and final message. By 6pm my phone rang. It was Ty! He hung up as soon as I answered my phone. I called him back to only get the ignore button. It is now 11am the next day. I still have not heard from Ty. I have had to contact a different plumbing company , and take an additional day off work to deal with a problem that should have been taken care of yesterday. If you could not take the job Ty you should have the professional courtesy to tell people. You have cost me time, money, and an additional 24 hours without running water. Extremely unprofessional. I wish I could give you less than 1 star. Thanks for nothing.

Once again Ace Plumbing came to my rescue. The owner of the company Joe is so kind, professional, quick to respond, and very reasonable pricing. Kevin came to my home and had my sump pump replace in no time. Kevin was very kind, professional and reassured me that all would be OK. Again, thank you so much Ace Plumbing! Professional, and reasonably priced.

I had a pipe that ruptured because of freezing. Len the Plumber came quickly (within hours of my call). The technician did a wonderful and professional job. However, the cost was exorbitant. I was charged $1079 for 1/2 work (and less than 6 of copper pipe for materials). I am a long time customer, but will be looking for a more cost effective plumber in the future.

We had an emergency water issue and Catons was extremely responsive and helpful with the plumbing repair and subsequent water cleanup.
The plumber , Bruce was very thorough and communicated with us extremely well ( since we were not able to be onsite. We have used Catons in the past and we have always been pleased with the service they provide. Bruce is a please to deal with and we will be requesting him for future work. Tim helped us through the water mitigation process and the insurance red-tape which was a real plus... Thank you Catons!!!

Justin and his team are the best. Since moving in, I've been having sewer issues causing both of our toilets to clog. Justin's team was able to come out in a timely fashion. They inspected all of my plumbing and cleared clogs that I didn't even know existed (Like my bathroom sink!).

I will absolutely be hiring Hardy Plumbing again soon!

Dave came today and fixed our clogged toilet. Ended up using the long snake apperatus and 3 mins later ..unclogged. the only star taking away was for being charged $150 for 5 minutes of work. I guess that's just what we have to pay just seems like a lot of money for 5 minutes of work. But Dan was pleasant and he was on time actually he was early and yeah problem was fixed.

My garden faucet needed to be replaced, and another garden hose was stuck. I heard stories of pipes getting burst because of cold weather. I was nervous and called BW Plumbing. Sawma explained detailed what needed to be done as though it was his property. Not being a handyman without agitation, he explained several times and showed me how important it is to winterize faucets in winter. The price was reasonable, and they didn't charge me for the stuck garden hose. Sawma is polite and down to earth. If any problem arises in the future, I definitely would call him and would also refer to my friends and colleagues,

This company is fantastic! The plumber came in, educated me on the issue with my toilet, offered a solution, asked if I wanted the work done today or to schedule for another and even looked at another plumbing issue I was worried about without a problem. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. He looked everything over with me and even suggested things when I had questions. Best experience I have ever had with a plumber!

A friend recommended this company to me and I used them once before and it was fine. This time I scheduled an appointment and the day and time came and went with no one showing up. I called and was told to send a text message only for that to go unreturned. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but it would have been nice if someone treated me like a human being and let me know something instead of leaving me waiting for hours.
