The service rep, Daniel, was prompt and informative. He examined my hot water heater and determined it was a simple temperature adjustment that I could've done myself (doh). There was no charge for the visit, which I appreciated as they could've charged a flat fee just for visiting the house. I also used Roto-Rooter a few weeks ago to unclog a basement drain and was satisfied with their service then as well.

Justin and his team were great. Very communicative, arrived on time and finished quickly. Would recommend and use again.

We woke up to no hot water and could not get the pilot to light up. My husband called several place but it was Wes from LJ Butler that was able to help us out that same day. It was decided that we needed to replace our old water heater. Wes came out and installed it in a timely manner. Not only do we have hot water but now we have better water pressure. Had Catons Plumbing come out to do an estimate on a bathroom remodel. After two weeks with no response I called and asked for the estimate. Two weeks went by again with no response. I called again and talked with the estimator and he said he would call the next morning. Guess what- the estimate never did call so I called Caton's back and they transferred me to directly to the estimator. He was extremely rude on the phone saying he sent the estimate by email some time in the morning so what did I want. I would give Catons Plumbing 0 stars if I could.

Everyone at Prime Plumbing has been friendly and easy to deal with. The workmen explained everything both before and after replacing my outside water line. They did a good job of not tracking dirt Into my house. I took one star away because there were some black spots on my carpet, however; the worker did apologize and tried to get it out.

Mr. Stefanski and his team was excellent. I was assigned to Mr. Ray by my insurance company after another company could not come out and look at my main sewer line that was clogged. Mr. Ray came out ask some questions left and sent Mr. Bobby the next day who worked to get so many roots out of my line to allow me to flush the toilet and take a bath. Mr. Bobby was very professional and a master at his work. Mr. Stefanski got the approval to have my main line replaced and had a team out a few days later and these men dug my ground up, replaced the line, covered the ground back ip and was done in a few hours while being professional the entire time.
