I’ve had radiators removed, water softener installed, and plumbing help for various household issues. Had annual HVAC maintenance done by Hunter Jackson and plumbing by Chris Jones. Both showed up on time and did a through check on hvac system and plumbing. They went over the checklist and explained what was working efficiently, what to keep an eye, and what should be fixed.Michael and Sons have very fair prices and great customer service. I highly recommend them for any heating, cooling, plumbing or electrical work.

He came in ON TIME. Punctual. Calm. Professional demeanor. Respectable and Respectful, both. -- My sink had been leaking profusely underneath, for quite some time. I tried to have my son fix it, he couldn't. I looked at it, seemed simple --- wouldn't didn't stop pouring out the drain pipe. He came in, simple fix (for him) and was in and out. I paid his whole fee, plus a tip. -- I didn't pay him for how easy/how quick it was (for him) -- I paid him because I tried to fix it and couldn't do it; I paid him because he provided professional peace of mind. I'll be using him again if we have another leaky problem.

I had a very disappointing experience with Nick. He was paid to fix a plumbing issue, but not only did he fail to resolve the problem, but he also caused additional damage in the process. I was left with broken fixtures, no resolution to the original issue, and the worst part is I prepaid for the work. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this plumber and would advise others to be cautious when considering his services.

I know that the Butler Plumbing Company has been around for many many years Started By My father Lionel Butler and his brother Brice Butler. They have been very well recommended and have been a family owned and operated business. When my father retired the 5 brothers took over the business. Thomas and Jeff started a Butler Plumbing in Florida when they relocated. David Butler retired.The company today is still that way with two of My Brothers running it Lonnie and Mark Butler. Called for a replacement sump pump on Monday morning and got an appointment for Wednesday. But Spiro called back Monday afternoon and said they’d finished a job early - would I like them to come by today? In short, they replaced the sump pump that day and I couldn’t be happier. I will be calling Empire for any further plumbing needs. 👏👏

The Company and Tech was very polite, courteous and prompt. The tech came in assessed my problem and fixed it in excellent timing and even cleaned my wall and floor where the problem was. I would recommend this company.

I have been dealing with a slow draining kitchen sink and dishwasher for approximately 18 months. I have contacted other plumbing services, but they would only snake the drain (which worked for a day or 2). I called Ray expecting the same treatment, but thankfully they did not want to patch the problem, they wanted to resolve it.

From the initial consult to starting to work, it was just a few days. Ray's team examined my piping and realized the builders did not put enough of a fall in the piping to allow for any refuse to flush out . The end result was replacing about 40 feet of piping. When Ray showed me the pipe after it was removed, it was almost completely blocked.

It has been about 5 weeks not and the sink and dishwasher are working better than I could have imagined. I will absolutely use Ray and his team for future project (or issues).

Bob was excellent! I called him to check my cracked septic pipe in my basement. He was prompt and did the job the same day! He is. professional, thorough, and affordable. I plan on calling him to replace my shower and toilet and for all of my future plumbing needs. I am referring RLB plumbing to everyone in my neighborhood
