I guess there are two Butler brothers. In the past, one of the brothers fixed a leaky boiler. That job went fine. This past weekend. our boiler would not light so I called and got the other brother. I was relieved when he said he would be able to come out within the hour. When he got here, he seemed to have no idea as to what the problem was or how to fix it. I saw him disconnecting some wires then reconnecting them. After a few minutes he said he couldn't fix it and left. Before he came the blower on the boiler was working fine. After he left, that no longer worked. A subsequent repairman, said the wires were all misconnected. When Mr. Butler came to our house he commented on a political sign that was in our yard. I can only surmise that he is either incompetent or malicious. In either case, I will never use them again.

John arrived early, which was appreciated. He wore booties over his shoes to protect our carpet. He inspected our heating system carefully, changed the air filter, and reported that the system was operating normally. John was very friendly and did an excellent job. Horizon Services has been our HVAC and plumbing company for several years.

Dan basically dropped everything, came to my house and fixed the problem, all for a very reasonable price. Modern Plumbing System was very responsive in replacing my water heater that had leaked unexpectedly. Brian was patient and kind in reviewing the types of water heater and giving a reasonable price with warranty. Joseph came out the same day to replace my water heater. Joseph was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the process and was extremely patient in answering all my questions. He also took the time to review how to operate my new water heater. Do not use Zoom Drain if you need major work. My main sewer line to my septic tank break underneath the foundation of my house. They came highly recommended by our normal plumber and were responsive however were not in any rush. They sold themselves as a one stop shop and stated the could get it all done in three days. The head plumber stated he would even speak to my insurance company himself if there were issues. It was a good feeling.

Now the problems. It took them a week to get started and only when they had a down payment. Early in the repair I asked for pictures, diagnostic and itemized bill for my insurance. They assured me they would do it as well assured me everything would be back to the way it was. All this time, since the break, we couldn't use any bathroom or sink in the house. The original timeline must have been talking full work days because they only showed up for a few hours a day and the timeline kept shifting further and further. They broke up the foundation, started digging, breaking up the old pipe. On the fourth day a new crew showed up and was gone in about 30 mins without even letting us know they left. After calling to complain they sent the original crew back out the next day. They had to take apart and fix what the other crew did. After two weeks they finally fixed the pipes however their concrete crew was horrible!

I HAD a partially finished basement. Now I have a line of F##KED up concrete complete with cracks and holes in my FOUNDATION! I have called repeatedly and the dispatch lady continues to say well see what we can do to fix it then never returns a phone call. My insurance continued to call for weeks requesting the information and we keep getting run around. The dispatch lady actually hung up on my insurance company when they asked to speak the the manager. I have tried to find their physical address to go in person and no luck. It been over a month since the work was complete and no one has yet to respond to any message. Don't waste your time with them. Now I'm going to have to hire another crew to come in and fix their work and put me out of even more money...

Mike was our service repair man,he was very pleasant and did an excellent job replacing a leaky faucet and installing a new shower head .We would highly recommend this company based on this experience. This will be our go to Plummer if we need other repairs.

Great work! The two associates were highly professional, well dressed, and respectful of my home. No time was wasted, although i think the central coordinator did them an injustice by calling 30 minutes prior when they were 60 minutes out. The price was a bit steep (I had an RO system installed) but i decided to go for it, knowing that these folks will take care of the work and go all the way. And they certainly did, i had a few issues that they addressed and went out of their way to make sure it was properly functioning. All in all, two hours of work that was 100% worth it!

The plumber's dedication to perfection was obvious as he began his task. This plumbing company is highly recommended!
