Fast , painless, excellent! I had a stopped up bath/shower drain. Roto Rooter gave me a 2 hour window. Mike Bain #173 showed up close to the beginning of the time window, and quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. No mess, no fuss! It was great.

Was told final check was sent, not received, called AGAIN, didn't send, supposedly sent AGAIN Wednesday, and STILL no check. 14 days according to state to receive final check, Monday, I guess we will be making some phone calls. Won't return phone calls, won't respond to messages. Sound like a trustworthy company??
Sent home early many times bc no work then given ultimatum in an emergency to stay or turn in keys. Was told if I didn't turn keys in DURING THE EMERGENCY, that money would be illegally deducted from my final check, for them to pick the truck up from my residence. All they had to do was literally wait for me to get back from the hospital, and bc I quit, I would have GLADLY taken the truck in.

Petty and ridiculous!! Still waiting for my two last, hard earned, shortened due to having no work, checks! !

Everyone was very professional and customer service was excellent. We used Turbo Plumbing Pros to purchase and install a new water heater for our house. They were upfront with the costs and the sales process was no pressure. Installation happened very quickly and the whole process only took about 4 hours. I am so glad to have discovered Cecil's Heating & Air. Just had my furnace checked for winter. The technician was thorough, polite, and gave me a lot of helpful tips.
