About a week ago our old water heater began to leak. We called Integrated Plumbing Services for help. Integrated promptly got their team on our problem of replacing the old water heater. The work was done in a professional manner, quality workmanship and thorough cleanliness when done. We would totally recommend Integrated Plumbing Services for any of your plumbing needs.

I was having some leaking and one company came out and said I needed to replace my entire system for 8 - 10 grand!! Brad came out, took a look, and explained that all I needed to do was clean my drain pan!! He also took a look at the entire system and pointed out strengths and weaknesses, time frame for replacement of certain pieces, and he was extremely honest and up front about everything!

Chris at Big Blue Wrench reset our toilet. He explained what he had done and why he used a thicker wax ring than the one that was used by the original installer. He cleaned up the work area before leaving. Chris was friendly, polite, and professional. We are very pleased with his work and with the office staff who set up our appointment. This was our second time to use Big Blue Wrench. We were equally impressed with the appointment process, the plumber, and the work completed at our original time off service for a different issue.
