The pricing was definitely high. No pricing for this service is definitely, the highest of all the plumbing companies I called. But I chose this company because their response was so immediate and that was very helpful to me.

Plumbing Systems got sent to us through our home warranty company for a claim. I have dealt with SO MANY BAD companies that my home warranty company referred to us. Plumbing Systems was AWESOME....they contacted me within two hours of placing the claim, were out the same day, worked with the insurance company, came back the next day to fix the problem, and then came back first thing the next day to correct a small issue that remained. By far the best experience from a contractor at all, not even just in plumbing. My wife immediately said we have to use these guys for all of our plumbing going forward - I could not agree more. I wish all service providers were like them - my life would be a whole lot easier.

Kendall and his team did an excellent job installing a gas line throughout our home. They were prompt, kind, courteous, and unobtrusive as possible for such a big job. Kendall made sure to keep us up-to-date on their progress and provide us with options to work around challenging areas so that we could have multiple areas of our home retrofit for gas. They did a great job wearing shoe covers when they were coming in and out of the house to minimize clean up. They completed the job within the promised time frame and remained within the estimated cost. Wonderful experience with their service.
