Best Sewer Line Replacement in Lexington KY

They came out to fix a clog, charging $600 to snake a drain.Took 30 minutes.Next day drain still clogged,came out and suggested we poor dish soap down to resolve. While attempts to unclog did nothing but break a seal on the sink,it was not leaking until plumber comes,leaking after they left.said it would cost to fix an issue they caused.so we spent $600 dollars to have a leaking sink and a still clogged drain.No issues have been resolved.will update if it changes

Service was on-time, quick, and got the job done. Scheduled via email only which was super convenient. Brian was super nice and friendly. Five stars for the service, but only giving four because it seemed overpriced. But... That's plumbing for ya.

Chris at Big Blue Wrench reset our toilet. He explained what he had done and why he used a thicker wax ring than the one that was used by the original installer. He cleaned up the work area before leaving. Chris was friendly, polite, and professional. We are very pleased with his work and with the office staff who set up our appointment. This was our second time to use Big Blue Wrench. We were equally impressed with the appointment process, the plumber, and the work completed at our original time off service for a different issue. The Zoom Drain team utilized their state of the art camera, truck an equipment to identify and repair multiple outdoor down spout drain lines around our home that had been damaged due to irrigation piping being poorly installed years earlier. The gutter system was backing up and pooling large amounts of water around our home during the strong rain storms over the last few weeks. All of the gutter drain systems that were serviced are now working well and keeping the water away from the house.

The King's Helper promptly sent a team to repair some damage done accidently during a job. I was amazed at the thorough, diligent work that was done to repair the damage, so that it is now better than it had been before the accident. I will gladly recommend this company to anyone who asks. Fixed the problem but I could have bought a new commode for what I paid him. Had another guy with him to and I did not really understand that. This company charges 126 dollars just to come out. He worked fast and no wonder. I did not have time to even think so after Ken left I thought just 30 dollars more I could have bought, like I said a new commode. If he had been about the customer I believe he would have ask me if I wanted to buy a new commode because the time I paid him I could just about buy a brand new commode!!
