We had clogged up toilet so we thought but it ended up being a root in our drainage clog. This happened the night before the ice storm was rolling in and we needed help fast. Thankfully Thursday Christian Durbin was able to come out and figure out everything. He was prompt and professional and figured it out fast with the video camera. I would definitely recommend H20 Maestro to anyone.

We had our water heater catch fire over the weekend. Thankfully didn't do anything, but make the water heater useless. Plumbing systems Inc, were great to work with. Very friendly and fast to come and replace the water heater and even had them install a drip pain as the previous water heater did not have one. Chris and DJ were awesome and we'd recommend them to anyone. We will definitely use them if needed in the future.

I would recommend Ron with Bluegrass Rooter. I have worked with Ron for several years now for multiple properties. He is very dependable, honest, and his prices are fair. He always provides top notch customer service. He is quick to respond and completes the job quickly and with no call backs. Bluegrass rooter has completed jobs for me from a simple drain clog to full plumbing line replacements. He is also great at HVAC. Troubleshoots and diagnosis the problems and makes fast repairs. He has completed full HVAC replacements same day as I called needing his diagnosis and his prices beat all of my other contractors. I would not hesitate to call him for anything!

I called Lile Plumbing on a Saturday morning after the valve on my water main started leaking hours before an open house we were holding as we are selling our house. I had already called several plumbers, but all of them told me they were busy or couldn’t get to me until Monday. Lile sent me a plumber within 30 minutes, and the plumber was very upfront and fantastic to work with. They got everything fixed in no time, and their pricing was great. I will certainly be calling them in the future if I ever need a plumber again!

The plumber diagnosed my hot water heater's issue through Rheem customer service. Rheem is shipping out the part. Ken Tyson Plumbing charged me $171 for Rheem's diagnosis and he said if I wanted them to put the part in they would charge another $171. So I basically I paid $171 for nothing. I have never heard of having to pay for labor that wasn't done. Will not use again.

This guy is a fruitcake. Tell you one price then tell you another. Doesn’t show up then says he’s going to charge you $350. Don’t deal with this lunatic
