Best New Water Heater Install in Lexington KY

Simple annual plumbing check. However, for the second year in a row, the tankless hot water heater system was not marked on the service so a return trip was needed in order to have it cleaned. And apparently it was dirty, even though last year's service person told us it would only need to be cleaned on alternate years and it had been. Either way, it would be wonderful if H20Maestro would make a note that we do have a tankless and send the appropriate descaler/cleaner solution with the service personnel. It saves us from duplicating appointments. As for the service person, he was professional, courteous and on time.

Buzz was polite, on time, and efficient. He clearly explained to me what he did and why he did it. I will definitely call on these guys again if I need help!

Bill got my sink unclogged quickly and checked other piping, water heater, and water pressure. Will definitely call Fast Flow again with plumbing issues.

Was told final check was sent, not received, called AGAIN, didn't send, supposedly sent AGAIN Wednesday, and STILL no check. 14 days according to state to receive final check, Monday, I guess we will be making some phone calls. Won't return phone calls, won't respond to messages. Sound like a trustworthy company??
Sent home early many times bc no work then given ultimatum in an emergency to stay or turn in keys. Was told if I didn't turn keys in DURING THE EMERGENCY, that money would be illegally deducted from my final check, for them to pick the truck up from my residence. All they had to do was literally wait for me to get back from the hospital, and bc I quit, I would have GLADLY taken the truck in.

Petty and ridiculous!! Still waiting for my two last, hard earned, shortened due to having no work, checks! !

This company replaced our 14 year old furnace on 1/23/15. It was very cold and the furnace was not in good shape and needed repairs. Since having the new furnace installed our electric bill has also dropped. I am very happy with our purchase.

Had a rushing leak on a Sunday, called them and the plumber, Kevin, calmly talked me off the ledge and told me what to do to prevent anything catastrophic from happening. Came Monday morning first thing and did a great job fixing the problem. Very courteous and professional. I will definitely use Life Plumbing again!

I scheduled to have my water heater flushed. Charles tried to flush it, but it was too clogged with calcium. He recommended that the water heater would have to be replaced at some point. He explained what the calcium does over time. He also did a full inspection to all the valves in the home. He arrived within the time quoted and worked quickly and thoroughly. Excellent service and will be using Sunny’s Plumbing for all our plumbing needs.

I once saw Mike strap up in waders, sink himself belly deep into a tank and yank a big ol mess out of a sewage drain line. Gross. This guy'll get it done.

We were led to Arronco after 8 years with our geothermal unit. They did not install our Water Furnace originally.
Suffice to say, my wife and I were 100% satisfied with all facets:
1. Their personnel who arranged our appointment was knowledgeable and professional.
2. The technician, Adam, was great. He was knowledgeable but not overbearing.
3. The bottom line is that they did everything we asked and pointed out multiple issues that needed to be addressed to avoid larger, more expensive problems down the road.
4. Our only regret is that Aronnco wasn't the original contractor to install our Aater Furnace.

I requested Bryant to perform their spring check and cleaning of my 12+ year old heat pump and the technician showed up on schedule (Friday) to check the unit out. He discovered multiple small issue and a two significant ones. (these were not unexpected) He had taken pictures of all of the issues and took me out to show me the specific problems. A shrader (?) valve was leaking causing low Freon and there was an electrical/breaker problem that needed to be repaired costing an estimated $500-$600, The unit was old and required R22 Freon which the government is not allowing to be manufactured because of environmental issues, so it costs $100 pound to recharge the system.After reviewing all of the possible issues and costs and doing some research, I decided to purchase a new heat pump and air handler system.They returned on Monday morning as promised with a complete new system and had it installed before 5:00pm. They did an excellent job of cleaning up to leave the area as they had found it.We have been using it as a heat source and also as a cooling source since May 2nd and are complete satisfied with the unit, the service performed and the warranties provide for the hardware and labor.I have no problem in giving Bryant a 5 star rating.

This guy is a fruitcake. Tell you one price then tell you another. Doesn’t show up then says he’s going to charge you $350. Don’t deal with this lunatic

They do excellent plumbing. The problem is they don't show up. You have an appointment and have put the time aside to be there. They just don't come and when I called their business mail box is 'full.' No way to leave a message, no follow up from them, nothing. Hate to lose such good plumbers but can't do this anymore. This has happened twice.

Had an emergency with my water heater and I called Ken Tyson plumbing. They were able to come out the same day! The plumber was great and very detailed explaining everything to me. I recommend them for all plumbing needs.
