The two technicians who came out today were polite, friendly and professional, explaining the charges and getting the job done super quickly. Great work! So glad I'm a comfy club member! I have nothing but glowing reviews for Pro-Fetick. I’m a resident at UK hospital, so I have an extremely tight schedule. They came out the day after I called to let them know my availability and started a big, three-day job on the day we’d specified, about 10 days later. They were very thorough in looking everything over, had a very reasonable price, the final payment was the exact same as the quote, everything got cleaned up nicely, and every single one of the guys who worked on my home, as well as the lovely woman who runs the office were incredibly polite and professional. Would highly recommend.

In and out good place for a few parts

Was told final check was sent, not received, called AGAIN, didn't send, supposedly sent AGAIN Wednesday, and STILL no check. 14 days according to state to receive final check, Monday, I guess we will be making some phone calls. Won't return phone calls, won't respond to messages. Sound like a trustworthy company??
Sent home early many times bc no work then given ultimatum in an emergency to stay or turn in keys. Was told if I didn't turn keys in DURING THE EMERGENCY, that money would be illegally deducted from my final check, for them to pick the truck up from my residence. All they had to do was literally wait for me to get back from the hospital, and bc I quit, I would have GLADLY taken the truck in.

Petty and ridiculous!! Still waiting for my two last, hard earned, shortened due to having no work, checks! !

Had issues with our kitchen plumbing and dryer duct system that was in the house (couldn't get to it). Was referred by Jeff Hester (happened to meet him at a local restaurant) who got us in touch with Jennifer at Lovell and she sent James out to our house who easily assessed what needed to be done and fixed the sink one day and the dryer duct problem the next! Was told by other HVAC companies that in order to fix the dryer duct system they would have to go through the drywall in our pantry closet, costing up to $1,000. James made a small square cut in our garage wall and was able to find and fix our problem!! This company is awesome!

I have used these guys in the past and it seemed ok. Called to get a roundabout estimate on a water heater replacement... general pricing. Gave basic information of specs along with the general location and access; this is a really basic flip out. Unable to give info without a in home visit ... and money... Sales Pitch...
This is unprofessional, given it is general information on a service normally provided. a professional will say we normally charge about $xx to $yyy depending on a few things..... over the phone.
Any business that can't seems like they have not mastered their craft or it is a size you up situation. Think about it... it's a water heater replacement. What info could they need that couldn't be given over the phone to give a roundabout estimate. It seems more likely a let's see what we can get them for. Once they pay the fee..... $$$
I will not hire any so called pro that can't give a general range of pricing for a general service.

Not inexpensive, but very knowledgeable and helpful. Corrected the problem in short order.

Overall the project was completed as promised with several modifications during the process that were handled reasonably well. General clean up could improve, but overall there were no issues with workmanship. Chris Thomas was an excellent resource as the project manager.
