Best Kitchen Faucet in Lexington KY

This had been leaking for a while that I wasn’t aware of. Diagnosed within 15 minutes of arriving but needed part took longer to get due to holiday. Once part was obtained they came out to install it the same day. Very pleased with the service.

Technician explain everything, was efficient and quick. He even asked if I had questions. I will definitely use them again for future plumbing needs.

My job was originally estimated as a 4 to 5 hour job. In the end it only took 2 1/2 hours. The work itself was well done, but they gave a estimate based on twice the time it actually took to complete. So, don't call these guys unless you like to overpay. They screwed me out of about 300 bucks. And left a mess as well, but they did sweep.

Buyer beware. They charge $50 to come out to tell you exactly how much MORE it will cost to fix your plumbing. Even if you describe the problem to them in detail, they won't give you a price range for how much it might cost. This is pretty typical of big-business plumbing companies, and they label it as up-front pricing to make it sound like they're doing you a favor. They aren't. Find a good independent plumber with a reasonable hourly rate that won't try to scam you into paying consultation fees.
