Ben has been a great help. We just purchased this house and found unknown/undisclosed issues that had to be addressed. We have had the house re-piped, a toilet installed and the sewer line replaced. I chose H20 Maestro because I wanted things done professionally and correctly. I have not been disappointed. They are timely, respectful, do great work, clean everything up and wear their PPE. They also try to send you the same service person every time so they become familiar with your house, your systems and you. I highly recommend Ben and H20 Maestro.

Distinctive Design did great at the beginning of our addition project with keeping the process moving. They said we should be looking at about 6 weeks from start to complete finish. They started the process a bit ahead of schedule and had the majority of the work done in the six week time frame. What we were frustrated withis that after they hit “substantial completion” it felt like they completely forget about us. It was a full month from hitting substantial completion to them finishing the project. I tried calling the main office to tell them our project manager, Ian, had forgotten that our foundation pilings has not been filled in, reseeding hadn’t been done, and we still had some siding missing on the final structure where they’d changed the stairs to code. The office just sent me back to he project manager. Ian told us that management didn’t see us as a priority anymore. Finally after 4 weeks he got the pilings filled in, and the following week got the last bit done including inspections. Overall we are thrilled with our new space, the area for improvement is communication with timelines and timely completion of the project.

I'm a commercial real estate property manager in Lexington, KY and we had a significant sewage backup at a property we manage in Louisville. We had a local plumber go out and snake the line, but it was clogged again a week later. Tyler's team showed up EARLY, ran a camera down the line, they called me and explained the issue, jetted the line, checked it again on camera to confirm it was clear, and then jetted it again for good measure. The tech called me back to share all the details and even texted me a marked up picture showing me where the drain line runs across the parking lot and where the clog was located. I was very impressed and already have another job lined up for next week.

Matthew was initially very nice, and seemed willing and able to help us find our leak. After 3 days of looking, and tracing electrical and communications lines, he didn't find it. He said he was 99.9% sure that if a plumber installed a shut off valve in one spot, it would bypass the still-hidden leak. We hired a plumber to do that, but what Matthew was tracing wasn't even a water line. The water line was near the area, so we had the shut-off valve installed, but it didn't stop the leak. Matthew started changing his story and refused to take responsibility for the costs we were beginning to accrue. We next paid American Leak Detection half as much as LF+ wanted, and they found the leak within 5 minutes. Thirty feet from where LF+ said to dig. Save your money and time, and hire ALD. Gas in the lines is clearly the better way to find a leak than overpriced sonar toys.

Update to owner's response: Matthew never billed us because he never found the leak.
