Very pleased! The plumber that came to my house went above & beyond! He didn’t just fix the leak at the base of the toilet he cleaned it, I was so impressed! My husband was asleep cause he doesn’t get off work til 5am & he was very quiet & respectful. Which Was opposite of what I got from the first plumber I called. So I’m very happy with the service I got from Lovell plumbing!

The Fayette Heating and Air Service Repair man (Jim Campbell) was very good. patient and thorough when he came out to the house to service our HVAC system. He wore a mask and even put covers over his shoes as not to track in any dirt from the outside. He was very courteous and explained some things to us about our HVAC system that we didn't know about. We had another great experience with the Fayette Heating and Air Service Team.....

They were a hour late, but were very responsive after calling them about being late and 2 guys showed up and got it done in no time. The were very helpful/friendly with my questions.

Dean installed an HVAC unit for us and within a week we had to have him come back for a service call and he tried to charge us an additional $65. We refused to pay because it was A BRAND NEW SYSTEM THAT HE HAD INSTALLED. He chose to curse and hang the phone up on us.
The professional thing to do was stand behind his work and make sure the unit was running properly, which is all that we asked and expected.
Incident took place in 2001 but we have never forgotten how VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL he was, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to family or friends!
He should remember us though unless it is a habit for him to curse and hang up on his customers.
Not something I forgot.

See below, he changed his response from rude to professional but not exactly truthful. Baby Steps... One day he might take responsibility, admit fault and apologize, not holding my breath though. I am going to go out on a limb and guess that someone told him it was bad customer service and suggested that he remove the rude response.

Timely came and fixed it promptly

Tim replaced a water heater for us. Did a great job and finished within a day.

Brian Spangler was very knowledgeable and explained everything well.
Matt Ulm was also the same with us, very helpful and courtious.

Initially, they installed new HVAC at a townhouse - quick efficient and even gave upgraded equipment at discount. Then had install new HVAC at rental property - Works excellent at much cheaper price than expected. Then, Water heater went out... talk about fast efficient service. Have already recommended to 2 other people!!!!

The service that we received from Bryant Heating and Cooling was superb the response time was minimal and we were met by William who clearly explained all of our options and assisted us in making the final decision but never pressured us in any way. We did opt to replace our unit and the next morning we were called and told the installers were on their way. They worked very hard showed us pictures of the finished product were extremely polite and curtious and cleaned up the entire site, I would highly reccomend using them any time Bryan S and Trent J I want to say thanks for a job well done
