Amazing owner, staff and customer service!!! Zach was very knowledgeable in the available products and what would work best in my home. He took the time to explain the difference in the possible units and gave his honest opinion on replacement options.
His techs arrived on time and were beyond polite and helpful. Zach also took the time to review the work, explained the process and potential issues I would have faced had I left the original unit in place.
This company went above and beyond what was expected! Highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

Awesome work at a great price
My husband had to have open heart surgery. .He was coming home to no air conditioning in mid May. After contacting this company, they sent out a technician and my husband had air conditioning the same day. They cared enough to help us (seniors) as soon as possible. We recommend them highly! Professional help like theirs is appreciated. We felt more like family than customers...thank you!!

GW heating and cooling did a phenomenal job on a full system install at my residence. Zach was incredibly professional. From the initial quote till the completion of the project he kept in contact to make sure the job was done correctly. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

I had a friend recommend GW heating and cooling to me and after getting a few estimates they were definitely the cheapest. They did a really good job of installing my furnace and cooling unit. They were punctual and professional while doing the work. I would definitely use again and recommend to other family and friends.

The team at GW heating and cooling are fabulous. After a horrible experience with the original installer of my air conditioning unit ( including two failed parts) they finally fixed the problem correctly. They don’t cut corners and are honest people at a fair price. I’ll never use anyone else.
This team has serviced several of our units and performed new installations. They do great work, have fair pricing, and just a great team to work with. I value the relationship we have established.
I didn't know what I was going to do when my heat pump quit working. I had two different local companies tell me it had to be replaced. A friend recommended GW heating and cooling, so I called. They sent a tech rite over, and had my system up and running that day, for 240 bucks. Drew literally saved the day, and me thousands.

GW always takes care of me!
They always answer the phone, come out fast and solve my issues quickly. I also use them for preventative maintenance twice a year.
Concerning their pricing, you really can't beat!
I'm so grateful I checked through Google and gave them a try! Their rating said it all.

Replacing the HVAC and duct work started poorly but ended well. (At the beginning, the company had some disorganization and internal communication issues to overcome.) However, they worked hard to finish strong. Special thanks to Dale for taking the initiative to listen to our perspective and for going above and beyond to make sure our experience ended well.

Having worked with a variety of HVAC companies over the past several years I can honestly say GW is definitely one of the best in Central Kentucky. The office staff is friendly, helpful and responsive. Their technicians are quick to arrive and diagnose the issue and most importantly their prices are reasonable. They even offer preventative maintenance programs that give a lot of my investors piece of mind. You can’t go wrong selecting this company for your next repair or entire system replacement.

First HVAC company that hasn't ripped me off. These guys are the best at what they do and I will definitely give them another call to fix any HVAC problems. They sticked to my budget so that's always a plus. Guaranteed customer for life wouldn't call anybody else!!

Go with a different company if you value your time, I took off from work because, I was asked if I could be available for a technician to come and do work on it between 9am and 1pm. He showed up 5 minutes before one pm, did nothing and said Ill get with them and we will get it fixed, this is the same worker that came the Saturday before and looked at the system already. So if you value your time, go with a different HVAC company because these guys will waste every second of your time.

Another well-known company in town told me I was looking at an $1800 repair. I decided to get a second opinion. GW Heating came out, diagnosed it differently, and fixed it for $230.00. They were prompt, thorough, and did excellent work. That was four months ago and no recurring problems.

These guys are the best in town! They did a awesome Install, for a very competitive price. The installer was very knowledgeable, and more than willing to take the extra time to make my job look good!!!
We had been patching our old HVAC system for a long time and it finally died on us. We reached out to GW Heating and Cooling and Zach was very helpful and professional throughout the process. He even brought us a couple of window units to get us through the weekend until the crew was able to install new units. Everyone was very professional and the owner even came out to finish the electrical work late at night. Since the install, Zach has reached out a couple of times to make sure everything has been running great and that we were satisfied with their service. Great company with great people.

I had my AC replaced by GW in the Summer of 2019. Their pricing was good and they didn't do any gimmicky sales stuff like some of the other companies I got quotes from. Very happy with my experience.
