Jason is very helpful and knows plumbing like the back of his hand. I myself know a little bit of plumbing and a plumber myself, but nowhere near skilled as Jason. We had another water problem – REALLY! Second water leak in 4 months!!! This new water leak problem was from an original 2009 waterline install – with the water leak coming to a head last week. The original home external waterline installation used the lowest grade available copper tubing available. Add to that a legal waterline install but not the best way to install this waterline. With the approach of the 4th of July weekend, we had problems getting service here. Our insurance Company advised even the insurance companies are having issues with getting service providers to customers - due to the lack of service people to support. When Anytime Plumbing arrived - a total of three technician visits - we finally got the right technician Jerry the Leak Technician.Jerry got onto the water leak problem ASAP and fixed the water leak as if this was his own home. He fixed the leak issue and placed the lines in the best configuration possible – using only the best materials on the market today. We are extremely happy with Jerry's professionalism + work ethic. Called 3 times no reply

NO Stars, they make promises, no results. Don't pay all that money for 0 results. I had there staff at my home 3 times, once to detect a leak, couldn't find the leak because it was to winding, came back 2nd time and still couldn't find a leak. He check the skimmer still couldn't make a decision. My lawn guy came to my back yard and discovered my simmer was leaking due to the roots of my tree. I wasted my money. Then they were to repair my pool light, there staff stated he could repair the light...0 results, paid $75 for this and 0 results, pool light never worked and now he's stating he never stated he could make the light work!. SCAM Company

Did not pull permit and did not install hot water heater up to code.

I've dealt with a lot of plumbers in my time as a homeowner, ranging in everything from a clogged toilet to a full-on bathroom remodel. Needless to say, I haven't had a great experience with most of the plumbers I've dealt with. They have varied greatly in both quality and customer service, and most of them overcharge you for their services. (And I learned the hard way that the ones who don't aren't usually licensed and end up costing you more to fix their bad work by someone who is.)

I recently decided to get my hot water heater replaced, as well as a whole-home water filtration unit installed. However, I was at a loss as to what plumber to hire in order to do the job. I was unhappy with my normal plumber - a service who I felt had been way overcharging me for every job I hired them to do - so I wanted to try someone new.

Vegas Valley Plumbers was one of a handful of local plumbers that was recommended to me via the Home Advisor website. I had been in touch with a number of plumbing companies that specialized in whole-home water filtration trying to compare quotes. Keegan Bosch, one of the owners of Vegas Valley Plumbing, contacted me directly and scheduled a time to come out for a free estimate.

I found Keegan to be very knowledgeable when he arrived. He did try to sell me on an expensive water filtration unit his company recommends (like most do) but when I told him I already had purchased a unit that was far cheaper (and better) than what he offered, he was fine with installing that unit instead. (Vegas Valley Plumbing has since gone on to become the go-to installers for my model of unit.) Though his quote for the whole job was higher than others, the fact that his license was current and his company had good reviews on Google convinced me to go with him, even though I could have saved some money using a different company.

Keegan personally replaced my water heater with a new unit and installed the water filtration unit. He also fixed a problem with my house's water pressure valve while he was at it. Since this job, I have used Vegas Valley Plumbing for a host of other plumbing issues, and no matter who from the company comes out, they are always professional, do good work, and are reasonably priced. Vegas Valley Plumbing is a licensed company who employ good quality plumbers - which is more than I can say for a lot of other companies I have used. They are very responsive, communicate well, and don't try to upsell you on things you don't need. (In fact, the bulk of my work with them have used parts that were under warranty, so I only had to pay for labor.)

Co-owner Keegan still picks up his phone and remembers who I am whenever I call. He's a good, solid guy and I'm happy to continue to do business with him and his company.
